we never use their name, we just send literature and promotional equipment to the club at no charge.

Advertising with The Country Club Directory was a good experience for me . Although it took some time for graphics to get back to me , at the end of it all , my ad was great . & maybe a week after my ad came out , I started to finally see a little bit more of new business . and as each day goes on , the business just keeps coming in .

I only spent 800 dollars in advertising for a year with The Country Club Directory and it has helped me gain almost twice the amount of business as last year .

We had tried to resolve the issue through the bank, however it is too late to initiate a refund through the credit car even though the order is beyond return policy, we have a loss expense account that gets distributed at the end of the year, if the credit card company doesn't send the money to the...

This was not was not explained to me when I signed up.  Either was this on either of the two invoices/contracts I received.  I was told on numerous occasions from Sae R** that all phone conversations are recorded.  Please listed to the recordings and better train your employees to know the product that you are selling.I will be contacting the FTC, this company needs to be stopped from scamming anyone else out of their hard earned money.

The complaint with the Revdex.com, in fact, was indeed closed on 3/*/16 as unresolved.  However, there is no response I can accept from the merchant for its resolution, as they have put forth no good faith effort to do so.  The merchant resorts to name calling and maintaining an obstinate position that belittles their clients.  Since there was never any submitted evidence that the merchant fulfilled my paid ad nor that the publication was ever mailed to the promised recipients, any request for positive resolution in their favor is irrelevant and will be consistently rejected.

the customer must provide us with a a simple letter signed and notarized requesting a refund per our terms & conditions:"Per the Money Back Guarantee, an advertiser may only file a claim 220 days from the date of purchase, citing that either no business was received/or not enough adequate revenue was brought in to compensate the original investment. This is generally done with a signed affidavit obviously notarized with a witness.  All material delivered from the Country Club Directory must be returned with signature required as well."

we are sorry that this is dissatisfaction, like any company we have a refund policy, that may not be easy but if followed correctly, it gets done ultimately.I really wish we could do more as we much rather happy customers but unfortunatly this is the current position

Business response is absolutely false. We purchased 2 ads and sent in requested information. We were sent artwork for 1 ad and when we called about second ad, Alan apologized for problem and promised to remedy. No additional artwork, book or written correspondence was sent. We requested refund within 60 days of payment by email as directed and have yet to be called or receive refund.

Only the order #[redacted] of $500 for the "standard distribution" has been refunded.  Order #[redacted] of $200 for the "extended distribution" has not yet been refunded.  I must use quotes, since the "distributions" don't exist and never actually took place.  However, I was still charged for both.

Very professional team to work with. I am loving the art work they did for my company. Looking forward to doing business again with them in the near future .

The Country Club Directory is a scam, that just ripped me off $1200 in spite of the fact that I've spotted it in time, enough for the dispute of pending transaction with [redacted]!
(btw, [redacted] customer service sucks too, they don't care at all)
nothing appears like CCD say to you over the phone... no publishing, no affluent clients, no rich clubs etc... all **; all these positive reviews are done and answered by the same jerk in one day or so, (check the dates)... and beware.

unfortunatly we have to consider this matter closed  we are sorry we could do more

 Their person that I speak to keeps telling me that it's in the banks hands and that they should be sending it any time. It's been 5 months now. He says he will check on it and call me back but he never does. He refuses to accept or return my calls. When I call the office direct they are very rude to me and tell me the person that never returns my calls is the only one that handles the refunds. They don't deny that I have a refund coming to me, since they have never performed any service, when I signed up the sales person told me that I had 1 year if I was not completely satisfied to receive a refund.
