As I was a bit skeptical with doing business with this company due to past experiences with other companies, I have been very pleased with the process and the customer experienceThey work with you every step of the way till you are pleased with the outcome I will be doing business with them again!

I have been told by this company that is illegal for them to write me a refund check and the only way for me to get my refund is to dispute the charge through my bankThe bank cannot dispute a Debit charge after days of the purchaseI have been told by my bank (Texas Citizens Bank) that a Debit purchase is like paying cash and there is no reason why this company cannot refund me my purchase amountThe Country Club Directory keeps telling me to dispute the charge with my credit card company, but I did not use a credit card to make this purchaseI have done everything The Country Club Directory has told me more than once and still have not received a refund as promised by this companyI purchased this produce months ago so that we could take advantage of the "Back to School" rush and in this last several months I have been run around by this company as to why I haven't received my product, and now as to why I cannot be issued my refundI did receive booklet in the mail today (10/*/2015) from ***, and I believe I was supposed to receive several copies as per the original agreement when I signed upSo now after waiting months I finally received book and still no refundAfter being mishandled by this company and lied to several times I simply want my refundNo customer should have to wait this long for a product, suffer this much stress, or have to fight this hard to get their product/refundI wish to never do business with The Country Club Directory again as this company obviously cares nothing about integrity or customer serviceThis company now refuses to speak to me on behalf of this issue since they have learned of me reporting them to the Revdex.com, and I am looking to the Revdex.com to resolve this issue and get me the refund promised to me by Alon F* of The Country Club Directory.

Country Club directory is wrong on both points:1) Only once was I told in writing regarding when the refund would be sent and that was within the past two weeks.2) I asked for a Contract with their Terms and ConditionsLisa D*** told me the invoices are contractThe invoices state absolutely nothing retheir refund policy and they do not contain any Terms and ConditionsHave them show you and me a Contract with Terms and Conditions.Again, as no surprise, they are lying! They appear to be a scam and should be shut down

This company has done nothing but run me around since my first complaint back in July Every time I have called there has been a reason as to why they cannot refund meI was told to call my bank and dispute the payments back in April and the bank is unable to dispute any debit purchases after daysI was also advised by the bank officer to report this business to the Revdex.com if the issue was not resolved because the client should not have to dispute a charge to get a refundI have waited through every shipping issue and promise this company has told me and I am still waiting for them to fulfill any of their side of this agreementI expect a full refund from the company now that I have done everything on my end that they have told me to do, and still this issue remains unresolved.

Only the
order #*** of $for the "standard distribution" has been refunded. Order #*** of $for the "extended distribution" has not yet been refunded. I must use quotes, since the "distributions" don't exist and never actually took place. However, I was still charged for both

If the credit card company overturned the case then the customer is admitting that he got his money back, if this is true then the case should be closed

first and foremost, this customer placed their order(s) in August, her original issue is that she was unhappy with the quality of the sample book she was sent to approve, we then sent her the actual book as a courtesy to assure that the quality was fine.apparently that wasn't enough
because the client didn't like the content of the book, this customer, like every other was given full disclosure of the product and has seen online samples through our website ***The client saw samples online and knew exactly what was in the book, plus you can always pick up a book at any of the clubs we serviceTherefor we see no grounds for refund at this time as there is no documentation proving that the customer requested a refund within the allowed time framewe do offer other resources and this was communicated to the customer, please see our policy below*** We have fulfilled everything we promised to the client and are very confident that the campaign will bring them business thereby eliminating any issue

I had some trouble getting someone on the phone with this company at first, but finally after they reached out to me to start some artwork for my business to be placed in the directory things went very wellA very nice team to work with!

we are still dealing with this customer internally who appears to be slandering us, we have sent refund instructions as well

Wow my publication finally came out and I am quite amazed ! I really like the pictures , the fonts and everything for my ad . Graphics did a great job with my ad and working with her as well on it was exciting too . She was very patient with me and I appreciate that a lot . Thanks to The Country Club Directory , Im getting more business and even more happier .

When I first got the call from The Country Club Directory I didnt want to purchase an ad in there publication . Then I gave it a second thought & decided to try it out & Im very glad that I did . My publication gained me tons of new business and with that , Im so happy I cant even explain this felling . Graphics was so exciting to work with so definitely 5 stars .

Being apart of this journey with The Country Club Directory is very exciting . I spent a fair amount of money for the whole year & I think it was much worth it . Graphics took a little time to get back to me but otherwise , I couldnt be happier ! Now im waiting for my ad to come out and im so anxious to see how it looks!

I only spent 800 dollars the whole year with The Country Club Directory & Im so happy I gave this a second thought because at the end , this gained me soo much more new business . graphics did a great job on my ad , and bottom line is , Im very very veryy happy with my ad .

The Country Club Directory customer service is great . Anyone Ive spoken to there was very sweet & 100 percent patient with me . They gave me more than enough time to get my images together that I wanted in the directory & now my publication is out & Im so happy with it !

Giving the opportunity to advertise in The Country Club Directory is by far the best opportunity I have ever had ! To begin with , there customer service is great great great ! I really enjoyed working with graphics too on my ad , it was very exciting . now Im just waiting on the distribution & I already know ; its well worth the wait .

When I first received the phone call from The Country Directory , I wasnt too sure if I wanted to take on the opportunity . However Im glad that I decided to bite the bullet and move foward .
