Working with The Country Club Directory was such a great experience . There costumer service is GREAT , the graphics lady was so sweet and my ad came out just as I imagined it would .

Follow ups with this company on the work they provided for me was excellent. I'm looking forward to the exposure this will get me once published

Advertising in The Country Club Directory wasnt too bad . Graphics did a fantastic job on my ad . The only thing that got frusterating was the fact that they took a little while to contact me back . Other than that , Im very satasfied with my publication and Id recommend them to anyone !

I opened up my business about 2 years ago . This year I decided to advertise in The Country Club Directory and as soon as my ad came out , I felt like the happiest person alive . My ad was so nice and as of today , I already see new business . 8 new costumers , I love it !

Graphics took some time to get back to me & that really got me annoyed . But as far as my ad goes , Im soo happy with it . Im already starting to see new business ever since my publication came out & with that , Im thrilled !

Will be doing work with this company again. They are given me great exposure with this directory release . Great team and service.

The complaint with the Revdex.com, in fact, was indeed closed on 3/*/16 as unresolved.  However, there is no response I can accept from the merchant for its resolution, as they have put forth no good faith effort to do so.  The merchant resorts to name calling and maintaining an obstinate position that belittles their clients.  Since there was never any submitted evidence that the merchant fulfilled my paid ad nor that the publication was ever mailed to the promised recipients, any request for positive resolution in their favor is irrelevant and will be consistently rejected.

The Country Club Directory never once told me that they had a money back guarantee if I was not completely satisfied.   Even when I called them to complain they never once said anything to me about giving me back my money because I was not completely satisfied and none of their emails mention this either.  I kept all the emails they wrote to me and I still have them.  I never saw their website because I didn't even know they had a website.  I only heard about them from the many phone calls I received from them.   I would definitely not advertising with them again because I don't believe they ever sent the directories out in the 1st place.  I still have all the emails I sent out to people I know that are members of those country clubs stating they never saw or heard of Country Club Directory.  I was stupid once by placing an AD for $600 with a company I never heard of.  So I would be even more stupid to place a second AD with them with a 60% discount.  I would still be loosing 40% of the cost of the AD

I have made several attempts to comply with the company's "money back guarantee" policy by mailing an affidavit to their place of business stating that I have not received any business from this advertisement. However, [redacted] was not able to deliver this package because "Customer not available or business closed".I still have yet to receive a refund.  The company said to send it back but I refuse to continue to spend money on shipping when it is clear this location is not their office.In response to the business's claim that I have been "slandering" them.   I have not stated anything untrue to the Revdex.com or on any other online forum.Regardless of their money back guarantee policy, I was promised to be the exclusive agent for this publication in the Pittsburgh area.  I have since learned this is untrue.  Another agent was promised the same thing.I have also since learned that the country clubs do not release their membership lists/addresses and have never heard of this publication.In the unlikely event that this is a real publication, I was promised that my advertisement would be placed in 4 directories, to be distributed quarterly.  It has been 6 months since my first "issue was released".  A 2nd or 3rd publication were never sent.I don't believe the affidavit is even necessary for a refund at this point as all of the above reasons clearly breach what they promised in exchange for my funds.

Advertising in The Country Club Directory was an interesting experience . My ad came out beautifully in the end of it all but the only thing that tended to get annoying was getting in touch with graphics . I mean it happens but I just guess they werent fast enough for me . but id definitely give The Country Club Directory 5 stars .

The customer was sent a sample book which serves as a final review process, we have spoken to customer and since remedied the issue and also gave additional exposure for the hassle please let me k ow if any proof needs to be obtained to support my statement

Graphics does not contact you right away Like they say . I was playing phone tag with the graphics lady but other than that , as far as my ad goes , it was really nice . I dont regret my experience . In my opinion I think I paid a fair amount for the whole year !

I didnt tell her it was illegal, it is against to pci compliance. we have done everything we can for this customer in order to help them, we did their work, we sent their book (5 times) we even gave them the appropriate direction in how to possibly get their money back without interfering any type of company policy protocols. we will run their ad free in next years edition but at this point there will be no more courtesies handed out and we are considering this case closed.We are still very sorry for any inconveniences Please call [redacted] with any other questions

I finally received my publication and Im very satasfied . I started to get a little annoyed with graphics because they didnt get back to me right away like they were supposed to but eventually they did . As far as my ad goes , I liked it . Could it have been a little better ? Ofcourse but it wasnt bad at all !

THIS RESPONSE DOESN'T MAKE ANY SENSE TO ME.  I SAID THAT I RECEIVED MY SECOND COPY AND AGREED THAT WAS THE CORRECT TRACKING NUMBER FOR THAT COPY.  SO I WILL REPEAT MYSELF.  THE FIRST COPY OF THE COUNTRY CLUB DIRECTORY HAD INCORRECT SPELLING.  ADVANTAGE WAS SPELLED "ADVANTANTAGE" AND THEY LEFT OFF THE FAIR HOUSING LOGO WHICH  I AM REQUIRED  TO HAVE BY LAW.  WHEN I RECEIVED THE FIRST COPY WITH THE ERRORS, I DECIDED TO PERSONALLY DRIVE TO THE FIVE COUNTRY CLUBS THAT WERE TO RECEIVE THE PUBLICATION.  I PRESENTED MY COPY AT EACH COUNTRY CLUB.  EACH COUNTRY CLUB RESPONDED THE SAME WAY.  THEY HAVE NEVER SEEN OR HEARD OF THE COUNTRY CLUB DIRECTORY.  THEY ONLY HAVE GULF PUBLICATIONS.  I DID NOT SPEND $700 FOR ONE COPY OF THE PUBLICATION AND I CERTAINLY EXPECTED A PROFESSIONAL LOOKING PUBLICATION WITHOUT WORDS SPELLED INCORRECTLY AND ONE WITH THE FAIR HOUSING LOGO.I WILL NOT BE RESPONDING THROUGH THE Revdex.com AGAIN REGARDING MY COMPLAINT TO THE COUNTRY CLUB DIRECTORY.  THEY HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED BY MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY THAT I HAVE SUCCESSFULLY DISPUTED THE CHARGES.

we have toild this customer many times over that we dont distribute refunds till the begining of the new fiscal year which is also in writing in his contract

To whom it may concernWe have attempted to make deliveries to this customer several times, please see attached photos as proof of this, I believe we figured out the discrepancy but please have customer give us verified address on your side and we will [redacted] overnight another book in the name...

If they say they did, MAKE THEM PROVE IT. I was told several months ago by Alan F[redacted] that I would receive my full $1,200.00 refund WITHIN A WEEK OR TWO.They are a lying scam that should be shut down and not allowed to operate in New York or any other State.

I really enjoyed my experience with The Country Club Directory . My ad was completed beautifully ! The only thing that was a little frustrating was the fact that graphics took some time to get back with me & we were kind of playing phone tag . But other than that only spending 800 dollars for the whole year was really worth it .
