 I have not received a refund. I attempted to send the attached affidavit to the address in their email signature ([redacted]).  When this did not work, I contacted [redacted] to send it to theaddress on their website ([redacted]).  I contacted the company once this did not work, and asked them for another address.  She (Lisa) claimed that was there address.  However, she (Lisa) refused to take the tracking number and contact [redacted] directly to arrange another drop off/pick up location.You will see attached the affidavit, [redacted] tracking receipt and email I sent to the the company directly with this information.  I have not received a response.

I received a phone call from Doug Costa saying that he received my email demanding that the ad be pulled immediately because they failed to include the logos at the bottom of the ad.  He left me a voicemail and said that they also noticed that Advantage was misspelled and that they would reprint the directory.  Please see attached final proof and copy of the ad we received on August [redacted], 2016.This made me wonder if the directory was delivered to the five country clubs that I paid $700.00 for and when I went to each country club and showed them the publication each one said that they have NEVER SEEN THIS DIRECTORY!  They ONLY carry gulf club publications.  There is no proof or evidence that the directory was delivered to the country clubs that I paid $700.00 for this ad.  I want my $700.00 returned to my credit card.

This customer has NOT sent in any affidavit to our knowledge as per our company policy, the policy specifically states it needs to be sent in writing with a delivery tracking confirmation as well as within a time allowed per policy. This customer is slandering us on many sites and just trying to create problems, we have tens of thousands of happy customers and it is not fair to continue to do this in using it as some form of force to circumvent our policy

Id recommend The Country Club Directory to whom ever wants to advertise and get more business . I say this because once my ad came out in The Country Club Directory , BOOM ! There went so much more new business ! I couldnt thank them anymore for there beautiful ad .
