The Federal Savings Bank is an exceptional mortgage company MrRobert [redacted] was nothing short of amazing! He encountered many obstacles in securing this loan, but he handled each one with great optimism and assurance that everything would work out He was very professional but always made you feel if he sincerely cared about me and understood my needs He kept me informed each step along the wayHe was always easily accessible by phone or email No question was a botherThis young man works extremely hard for his client I will be recommending him to all m y family, friends and colleagues! Also, I'd like to acknowledge his entire team which helped me through the processL***

The Federal Savings Bank representative [redacted] handled our mortgage application locally, all documents were uploaded electronically, which was extremely fast and efficientWe were informed of the status through each phase and were cleared to close within a week timeframeThis was by far the most streamlined mortgage loan I have ever obtained and the service was incredible, would not hesitate to recommend [redacted] or Federal Savings Bank to anyone applying for a mortgage

On October 18, 2016, I responded to an offer for a VA Streamline loanOn October 19, 2016, we were contacted by someone who identified himself as Brandon [redacted] Vice President, an started the loan process, including running our credit reportsMr [redacted] also sent us an email telling us that were the ideal candidates for the described loanWe completed a loan application, and expected to hear from him the next daySince then we left multiple unanswered telephone messagesOn November 12, 2016, I sent Mr [redacted] and email request the status of the loanNo responseToday, December 17, 2016, we received an email from Mr [redacted] "touching base" with us and telling us that he will assume we aren't interested if he doesn't hear back from us within hoursWe responded by reminding him of the above and told him that we hope he didn't treat other 100% service-connected, wounded in combat veterans, like he treated usThis was a really bad experience and a waste of our timeI never write reviews and would not have written this one had Mr [redacted] not sent today's email, pouring salt in the wound he inflicted

Pam [redacted] and her team are amazing and very professionalThe process and accuracy of advisement was on pointThere were no hidden agendas and we knew what was happening every step of the wayOutstanding work!!

They call my company repeatedly to buy ink supplies even after I have spoken to managers and supervisors to stop calling me They called again today, 5/3/at 8:09am, 4/13/at 8:22am, 4/5/at 8:am, 2/17/at 8:50amMy company was on the donotcall registry on 1/24/The call center person named [redacted] said they do not check the donotcall registry and they get their list from [redacted] to assemble their call listThey use a call center in Philippines that does not respect the donotcall registry

I can't help but worry about how legitimate this bank is I responded to a letter about my VA LOAN When I called I spoke with a Dominick [redacted] He advised that getting a lower interest rate than what I currently have was not a problem I received an e-mail stating the same thing I was told what my new P&I payment would be I gave him my personal and loan information and then was called days later and a message was left saying my [redacted] REFINANCE with the lower interest rate was approved and to call him backIt was difficult to get ahold of him When we did speak (after calling several other numbers at the bank) he said he had to get my file and would call me back laterHe did call back later but now suddenly the whole situation had changed Yes, I could have the lower interest rate but I would have to pay 2% of the loan amount (it would be added to my principal) and my payment would actually go up I told him that this did not make any sense to me I had done the [redacted] REFINANCE before and the experience was not like this There would be absolutely no reason for me to buy down an interest rate just to get a higher payment I told him to forget itBUT, now I am wondering if this is just some sort of scam and now they have my information

Wrong cartridges sent and returnedNow they are suing for price of cartridges Cartridges received in Incorrect inks that didn't even match packing slipReturned cartidges and now years later we receive collection letter for price of cartridgesMany phone calls to try and resolve, but told that the representative that sold them no longer works for themSo we now have no proof of conversations, even though it was supposedly recorded by themComplete fraudsBEWARE!!

Don’t do business with these peopleThey say they can do your loan from the beginning and throughout the process then bam! Two days before closing, they can’t do my loanDoesn’t seem like I’m the only oneWhat a waste of months and effortI’d give them a zero start if possibleI also pretty much did most of the elf work myself as wellTerrible communication throughout the process as wellNot professionalDon’t like to respond to urgent messages, emails, calls text, etchardly acknowledges communication by me(borrower) then responds with a message saying that I am sending to many messagesWell if they would respond the first time, then I wouldn’t try to keep contacting them do time snemstive materialBad businessDon’t do business with themI was being loyal to them because I was giving a veteran whom worked there my businessI regret it nowLesson learned, I was burned

We were looking to refinance our home to drop *** *** and withdraw some equityWe kept receiving mailers from FSBLong story short we got all the way through the loan process with a man named Fernando ***This included a $home appraisal that we paid for out of pocketAccording to the man helping us we were to close the entire process on January 26th and he would let us know when the documents would be ready to signOn February 1st we had not heard from the man so I emailed him asking if we should pay our February mortgage and credit card bills that would have all been paid off with the refinance days later we still had heard no response from him so my husband called himHe doesn't bother calling us back and sent an email stating they were asking the appraiser to find more comps in our area and that they weren't accepting his home appraisalHe would let us know as soon as he heard back from the appraiser on the comps and would let us know either way if the bank was going to accept the appraisal or deny itIt is now March 9th and he has never called us back or emailed us to let us know what happened with our loanI tried to call his office and the number listed on their website is not a good phone numberI emailed him on March 1st asking for the number to his manager and no responseI remember my husband asking him in the beginning how he would know that he wasn't a fraud and he sent us over his licensing informationTurns out the phone number listed on the actual website is a bad number and now this man has ran our credit, has copies of our paystubs, homeowners insurance information, and many more private documents and he's nowhere to be foundWe hope this doesn't come back to bite us

I would like to notify anyone wanting to build a home to never go through Federal Saving BankWe have been working this process since Nov and still have not signed the loan paper work to start our buildit starts with submitting paperwork and then every gate required us to provide more paperwork and proof of continuous payThis bank reviewed our credit score a combined times drastically dropping our credit score which is in necessaryI take our credit scores personally and there was no need to check and re-check timesWe have had appraisals and both have been incorrect one was short 2,sq feet and the second was over 2,square feetDelaying the process even moreThen they state they will lend us the money to build but must find comps with in a mile radiusWe live in the country and people have significant acreage and build verses buy so comps within the area are limited but it doesn't help when you don't get the appraisal correct 2XsTo me this has been a big goat rope and a process lagging organizationYour legal problems should not be taken out on the customerDon't say your veteran friendly when you can't even get your process togetherA VA loan is very laborious but not full of these mistakes or extra requirements of documents, bad appraisals and credit checksWe were well above the 700s and now in the mid 650s due to their continuous credit checks I recommend that no-one do business with this organization and let them go out of businessThis is a bad business
