Very very rude personnel at this bankMy wife and I were talking to the employee there about possible mortgage consolidation and I wanted to understand more details on it, because I did not think terms were that attractive after allFirst, the sales person repeatedly told me that he does not want to speak to me but just wants to speak to my wife insteadThen, we told him we need to think about it a bit more and we don't have time to talk right now as we have to go somewhere, so we can may be talk again in a few daysSo he then cursed me and said: "what's your problem *** Even after I hung up the phone he called or more times asking to speak to my wife againNeedless to say, I cursed him back and told him not to ever calls us again

I had a very rude experience with an individual from your bankAfter repeatedly telling him I was not interested in a new loan (VA)he proceeded to continue with its not a loan...again said I was not interested and finally hung upHe then called me back two more times, once on his personal phoneHe then started yelling at me, telling me how rude and disrespectful I wasThis is not good practice for your bank and if I did want to finance a loan through you, I would no longer care to because of the harassment I received at the hands of your representative

Royal Media Network, Incis the best company who offered to me the compatible inks/toners but works like an Original onewith the best deal on it

They did what they said they'd do and moreI was incredibly skeptical of the entire process, but at no time did they do anything other than what was promisedJared *** went above and beyond to answer all my questions, sometimes repetitively, with patience and knowledge

Mr *** *** was knowledgeable, attentive, and one of the most professional members of the banking industry I've ever worked withI wasn't a very easy client but he was there exactly how and when I needed himHe's an excellent representative for Federal Savings Bank and I could not recommend him personally, moreWell done John!

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because the type and structure of the loan, and the costs, greatly changed days from closing after four plus weeks from that initial statement of terms was completed as you reference from 12/ Below is the
email from that 1/date with the drastic cost and loan structure changesIn my view, as well as many online reviews mirror, it appears habitual for TFSB to engage in deceptive bait and switch maneuvers that are not presented until closing is so near, many cannot change their direction In fact, your employee Tammy *** never stated this change was due to risk, which I don't know how a $200k mortgage request on a home appraised at $575k to a customer with an 800+ credit score could be, but that the loan committee said this deal was not profitable enough for them as structured. Based on the facts, I want the full $returned or we can move to litigation
Sincerely,
Christopher *** Hi Chris, Tammy asked me to update the attached spreadsheet and send your way. Here we’ve shown a comparison of what we originally proposed vswhat the loan committee has approved that we offer. Please see the columns (C and D) for that comparison. The second sheet, labeled Closing Estimate, reviews the estimated costs, pre-paids, credits and bottomline of cash coming back to you at closing for the new proposed terms (you’ll net some cash back due to your earnest money deposit and seller tax credit). As Tammy mentioned, the proposed (loan committee approved) terms allow you to purchase with $down payment, and also offering up to $100,credit facility to be used towards additional construction if you would like additional renovations completed. The final columns show today’s rates on the modified permanent financing. I know your original plan is the 15-year Fixed term which we have noted, but you are fine to choose one of the longer term mortgages up until the point we lock in the rate of that modified permanent loan. Of course the permanent financing is based on you selling your current home and you bringing the balance down to $240,at the time of modification (using profit from your sale). I hope this detail captures everything in question, but of course reach back out to us with additional questions.Thank you! This company has called my work more than onceThe most recent of calls was today where I told the sales repat least eight times that we were under contract for our printing supplies and it was none of their business what the details of the contract wasHung up on him after I told him yet another time we were under contract and he has the nerve to call back a minute later and ask why I'm being mean to him
Excuse me?? I was nice about it, told him we were under contract and he was not respecting that responseYes at that point I was getting a little annoyedThese people do not listen nor do they care about what you are telling them

I have started a new mortgage with The Federal Savings Bank my loan was closed on March
My first loan payment is due on May thirty four days away from the closing date
I questioned the bank about my account and repayment and the bank has informed me that they may or may not be servicing my loan and it may be officially transferred to a final servicer
I was told I will have to send in my payments to The Federal Savings bank via regular mail until that time
Since the bank refuses to open an account for my loan l have no way to service my loan check account balances or make any payments online until the bank decides what they are going to do with my loan
This is very unacceptable as an account should be opened with the bank for servicing and transferred at any latter date if the bank decides to move my loan
why should I as the banks new customer have this loan in limbo while the bank decides what they want to do with my loan thus causing me hardships and stress over

The Federal Savings Bank is an exceptional mortgage company MrRobert *** was nothing short of amazing! Also, I'd like to acknowledge his entire team which helped me through the processL***

We had a fabulous experience with Keith from the Federal Savings BankThe process was easy and there was great communication the entire time!

We were looking to refinance our home to drop *** *** and withdraw some equityWe kept receiving mailers from FSBLong story short we got all the way through the loan process with a man named Fernando ***This included a $home appraisal that we paid for out of pocketAccording to the man helping us we were to close the entire process on January 26th and he would let us know when the documents would be ready to signOn February 1st we had not heard from the man so I emailed him asking if we should pay our February mortgage and credit card bills that would have all been paid off with the refinance days later we still had heard no response from him so my husband called himHe doesn't bother calling us back and sent an email stating they were asking the appraiser to find more comps in our area and that they weren't accepting his home appraisalHe would let us know as soon as he heard back from the appraiser on the comps and would let us know either way if the bank was going to accept the appraisal or deny itIt is now March 9th and he has never called us back or emailed us to let us know what happened with our loanI tried to call his office and the number listed on their website is not a good phone numberI emailed him on March 1st asking for the number to his manager and no responseI remember my husband asking him in the beginning how he would know that he wasn't a fraud and he sent us over his licensing informationTurns out the phone number listed on the actual website is a bad number and now this man has ran our credit, has copies of our paystubs, homeowners insurance information, and many more private documents and he's nowhere to be foundWe hope this doesn't come back to bite us

If I could not leave any stars, that would be perfect I have had telemarketers call my office and out & out harass me One person in particular will call, I tell him we are under contract for our toners, and that we are not interested He won't give up, so I finally will say "I am not interested, thank you and goodbye." He has called me back and repeated everything I say and when I hang up, he calls back or times On a different day, I was called twice in the same day by the same person, asked politely to be put on their "do not call" list and he said "NO" I asked to speak to a supervisor and he said he didn't have oneThis is unacceptable behavior and reflects badly on the company I am really upset that our government purchases from them

*** *** and *** *** are top-notch, non-nonsense, professionals you can trustThis is who you want on your team! And who I'll be calling on in the futureTHANK YOU!

Don’t do business with these peopleThey say they can do your loan from the beginning and throughout the process then bam! Two days before closing, they can’t do my loanDoesn’t seem like I’m the only oneWhat a waste of months and effortI’d give them a zero start if possibleI also pretty much did most of the elf work myself as wellTerrible communication throughout the process as wellNot professionalDon’t like to respond to urgent messages, emails, calls text, etchardly acknowledges communication by me(borrower) then responds with a message saying that I am sending to many messagesWell if they would respond the first time, then I wouldn’t try to keep contacting them do time snemstive materialBad businessDon’t do business with themI was being loyal to them because I was giving a veteran whom worked there my businessI regret it nowLesson learned, I was burned

Illegally contacted me even though I am on the pre-screened opt-out program for all loan information This company preys on veterans (which is horrible) and they cannot deliver the promises that they make Filing a complaint Stay away at all costs

Don't use this company I was working with an employee who was representing this bank for roughly months in regards to a work relocation Throughout the whole process I was told my loan was progressing and everything was on pace to close on time I came to find out last week, days before closing that my loan was rejected and the employee I was dealing with is no longer with the company! Now I am trying to track down a rejection letter so I can get my deposit back and there is no one around at any branch This is the worst experience I have ever had with any company before and I work in the corporate world Highly discourage anyone from using them

Wrong cartridges sent and returnedNow they are suing for price of cartridges
Cartridges received in Incorrect inks that didn't even match packing slipReturned cartidges and now years later we receive collection letter for price of cartridgesMany phone calls to try and resolve, but told that the representative that sold them no longer works for themSo we now have no proof of conversations, even though it was supposedly recorded by themComplete fraudsBEWARE!!

We had a fabulous experience with Keith from the Federal Savings BankThe process was easy and there was great communication the entire time!
