They call my company repeatedly to buy ink supplies even after I have spoken to managers and supervisors to stop calling me
They called again today, 5/3/at 8:09am, 4/13/at 8:22am, 4/5/at 8:am, 2/17/at 8:50amMy company was on the donotcall registry on 1/24/The call center person named *** said they do not check the donotcall registry and they get their list from *** to assemble their call listThey use a call center in Philippines that does not respect the donotcall registry

Excellent banking experience, I do not think any other bank could have done any better with my present situationI will recommend this bank even to my enemiesthat's how professional and efficient they are

Wrong printer cartridges were sent and have not been replaced with the correct ones, nor has a refund been issued
My order I agreed to place on 8/7/included Canon printer cartridges The wrong cartridges were shipped I notified them on 8/22/and was told that they would send the correct cartridges along with return instructions This has not been done

sold genuine hp toner received generic toner
I was lied to about generic toner
I was given a great price on original hp toner
very high price on generic
I was assured it was oem hp toner not generic
I returned item now jan and still no money or emails beware

I am very upset of the way I was treated and my file was handledI am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by The Federal Savings BankI feel like I have been laughed at the whole time since the beginningThey are not serious peopleYesenia ***, loan officer, is the worst experience we have ever had in a process of purchasing a homeThis is my third experience in purchasing and my wife also owns so she has been through this as wellWe agree that she thinks we are isFrom the beginning everything was wrongWe provided information over the phone trusting them since our realtor had recommended themIn order to speed up the process I stopped by an office in Cicero to drop off the tax returns for them to be copied and a lady in gym clothes opened the door and took the papers, made copies, gave them back and said thank youThe pre-approval was done with estimated numbers, not realThere was a lot of discrepancies in the paperworkThere was typos, wrong forms and informationThat’s when I demanded to meet in person with Yesenia ***Since I had a bad feeling about thisWhen meeting I realized she was the lady in gym clothesShe didn't even bother to introduce herself to me when dropping off the papersI was her customerShows how little she cares about the people bringing food to her tableIn the meeting we explained all our concernsIncluding the one where they have put me as a US CITIZEN which I am not and could have affected me since I am in the process of getting my green cardAlso she had me as renting when I ownIncomes, employment information and other things were wrongI was very concerned and though of this at what happened to the market years ago when all these lenders did these exact same things and did fraudsI did not want to be a part of thisShe assured it would get corrected and will be more careful with our fileDuring the meeting she offered to include insurance in escrow to which we declinedWe expressed that we would choose our own and pay separately like we do for our other propertiesShe totally ignored that as wellAfter that meeting we were hoping that everything would go betterBut there was no communicationI had to be calling or emailing to find out updatesMy realtor, Clemente was giving me more information that my lender herselfI, the customer was more active than she wasIt was just taking too longI just got tired and called the Bank directly and asked for a different loan officerI demanded that I wanted nothing to do with Yesenia ***That if it was not granted I would switch bankThat same day before I called, I went to *** and asked for information because I was ready to switchThey thought the whole thing was weirdThey asked me if I had the Loan Estimate that by law I had had received days after signing contractRight there I realized I never received itTwo days after we started dealing with Zoila *** things got betterHowever, there was things that were out of her reachI asked Zoila for the Loan Estimate and she sent it to me saying it was sent to me on a certain dateI checked all my emails and I had never received itZoila explained that the reason why it was taking so long was because they did not know about the purchase of a *** franchise my wife and I madeI explained that we told Yesenia in our meetingShe just did not pay attention like many other detailsA couple of times after I have noticed that there has been emails involving Yesenia ***, once again I asked she was not involved and I was told she had nothing to do anymoreClose to closing the deal I read a thread of emails in which she is involvedAnd got me more upsetI have been lied toTo top it off that day we found out that she had included a policy of insurance for us when I specifically told her we didn't need or wantThat we would take care of itI have already had and shared and estimate from our rep from ***I was also told that the Closing Documents were not ready because the documents that they needed were received after the cut off timeAnother reason for me to be upsetI was sent the documents the day before ThanksgivingI told Zoila that I would not be able to send them on time since I got them late and I was at my business and my wife at home sickThat I would only make an effort and rush if it would still be received and processed that same dayIf it wouldn't make a difference and still be processed Friday I would waitWe agreed that there would be someone waiting for the documents until 4:30pmI left my business unattended to drive from downtown Chicago to Cicero through traffic of people leaving the city for the Holidays which was over an hour just to get a signature from my sick wifeThen look for a scanner to send it and then to find out they didn't care to wait after I was told they wouldAll that effort and stress was worthlessYesenia did not care of our wishes and handled our file very disrespectfullyI am very upset, disappointed and dissatisfied with this bankI have been through a lot more stress that I am supposed to be because of themNot only I had a job, a new business to take care of but also people with no respect to worry aboutI am not like this, a complainerBut I really do feel laughed at and will not tolerate itI do not know what kind of people they are used to dealing withI would like to know if there is something we can do and take action against them, the bank and YeseniaI will not let them get away with itThey will not treat people like crap and sell them whatever they wantI found out the rate of my loan days before closing, more than a month afterThat is ridiculousI just want to share this with you and hope that you can overlook their operations to make sure other people do not go through thisI feel like it is a common practice of this bankThank you!

Illegally contacted me even though I am on the pre-screened opt-out program for all loan information This company preys on veterans (which is horrible) and they cannot deliver the promises that they make Filing a complaint Stay away at all costs

Continuous calling after asking nicely to be removed from the call list
I have received multiple calls after asking to be removed from the call list several timesThe three most recent calls were beyond aggravating
3/14/9:AM get a call from *** at Royal Media Network, a sales rep that I have talked to multiple times before and asked him to put me on the do not call listThis time when I stopped him before he could launch into his spiel after he introduced himself on the phone, he said he wasn't calling for me, he was calling for***, we don't have a*** who works hereI told him that and he said "REally, I talked to*** last week." I explained that he had talked to me the week before and I told him to stop callingHe then proceeded to tell me not to be angry, to calm down, asking why I was angryI wasted time telling him I was angry because I had told him as well as other reps in the past to take me off the call listHe then wanted to know why I wanted

Don't use this company I was working with an employee who was representing this bank for roughly months in regards to a work relocation Throughout the whole process I was told my loan was progressing and everything was on pace to close on time I came to find out last week, days before closing that my loan was rejected and the employee I was dealing with is no longer with the company! Now I am trying to track down a rejection letter so I can get my deposit back and there is no one around at any branch This is the worst experience I have ever had with any company before and I work in the corporate world Highly discourage anyone from using them

I cannot thank Todd *** enough for how smooth it was from applying for a mortgage loan to closing on my first home! No matter how many questions I asked, he readily answered them all with as much detail as needed His knowledge and contacts in the field benefited me greatly throughout the process The electronic option of signing documents was a convenient perk Todd and his team are phenomenal! They are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating I will certainly highly recommend Todd to anyone going through this process Thank you so much for being AMAZING!

I can't help but worry about how legitimate this bank is I responded to a letter about my VA LOAN When I called I spoke with a Dominick *** He advised that getting a lower interest rate than what I currently have was not a problem I received an e-mail stating the same thing I was told what my new P&I payment would be I gave him my personal and loan information and then was called days later and a message was left saying my ** *** REFINANCE with the lower interest rate was approved and to call him backIt was difficult to get ahold of him When we did speak (after calling several other numbers at the bank) he said he had to get my file and would call me back laterHe did call back later but now suddenly the whole situation had changed Yes, I could have the lower interest rate but I would have to pay 2% of the loan amount (it would be added to my principal) and my payment would actually go up I told him that this did not make any sense to me I had done the ** *** REFINANCE before and the experience was not like this There would be absolutely no reason for me to buy down an interest rate just to get a higher payment I told him to forget itBUT, now I am wondering if this is just some sort of scam and now they have my information

Mr *** *** was knowledgeable, attentive, and one of the most professional members of the banking industry I've ever worked withI wasn't a very easy client but he was there exactly how and when I needed himHe's an excellent representative for Federal Savings Bank and I could not recommend him personally, moreWell done John!

Our office has told the callers from this company numerous times to stop calling us to solicit sales for their products and services but they haven't
Called today, around noon, and every other month We've asked the callers to take our company off their list as we have a preferred vendor for our printing supplies and not to call us back They continue to call us every other month

I would like to notify anyone wanting to build a home to never go through Federal Saving BankWe have been working this process since Nov and still have not signed the loan paper work to start our buildit starts with submitting paperwork and then every gate required us to provide more paperwork and proof of continuous payThis bank reviewed our credit score a combined times drastically dropping our credit score which is in necessaryI take our credit scores personally and there was no need to check and re-check timesWe have had appraisals and both have been incorrect one was short 2,sq feet and the second was over 2,square feetDelaying the process even moreThen they state they will lend us the money to build but must find comps with in a mile radiusWe live in the country and people have significant acreage and build verses buy so comps within the area are limited but it doesn't help when you don't get the appraisal correct 2XsTo me this has been a big goat rope and a process lagging organizationYour legal problems should not be taken out on the customerDon't say your veteran friendly when you can't even get your process togetherA VA loan is very laborious but not full of these mistakes or extra requirements of documents, bad appraisals and credit checksWe were well above the 700s and now in the mid 650s due to their continuous credit checks I recommend that no-one do business with this organization and let them go out of businessThis is a bad business

They did what they said they'd do and moreI was incredibly skeptical of the entire process, but at no time did they do anything other than what was promisedJared *** went above and beyond to answer all my questions, sometimes repetitively, with patience and knowledge
