Revdex.com:As per a lawyer's advice, the "Letter of Resolution" that this "business" is claiming was not signed and returned by myself via e-mail attachmentInstead, I wrote a confirmation e-mail to this "business" stating that I acknowledge our phone conversation stating that they will give me a full refundI also left a voicemail on this "business'" Member Services Department on Friday, May ***, as well as over that weekend stating that I will not sign any "Letter of Resolution", and that I have acknowledged our conversation in writing via e-mail On Monday, May ***, I received a recorded voicemail from Krista L [redacted] from Member Services department stating that they will return a full refund into my accountI have checked my bank account, and I have been credited Can$It is short of Can$56.14, as the original amount taken was Can$I am assuming that this discrepancy is due to the foreign exchange marketTherefore, in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , I find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved at this time Sincerely, [redacted]

This organization does a great job of baiting you in, asking for professional insight and congratulating you on your 'accomplishments', then finally expecting you to pay minimum monthly fees in addition to other feesThey continued to contact me, even at my place of employment when I wouldn't answer my cell phone, in order to secure payment from meI asked to please remove me from their phone list and to please stop considering me for "the honor" they wished to bestow upon me by adding my name to their "prestigious" organizationAn organization that I hadn't done my home work on, but now that I have don't waste your time

I would not recommend this organization to anyone The costs are extremely high and the agents are smooth talkers Nothing is ever given in writing to the customer The prices were much higher than I was led to believe they would be I told them I was not interested in everything, yet I found later that I was billed for it I called and spoke to Krista and was able to get a refund for the monthly payments, but that was just a small portion of the cost Beware!! Don't fall for their smooth talking!!
