Just got off the phone with a rep. from this "prestigious" organization, He was very nice and will fill you with praises and honor and congratulate you for being accepted into the organization and be publish with your accomplishments in their book- thats for a fee of $700 for diamond or $500 for platinum. if you cant afford it, they will offer Gold and then free initial membership with a monthly charge of about $35. In the beginning I thought it was legit till they pressure you to give them your credit card information. I refused to give them my Credit card information for something I thought was free (initial offer), and I told them to send me the packet first then I will decide if I want to pursue the membership. They refused and informed me that they are on a deadline with the publisher-and will need the payment immediately. their call back number also goes straight to voicemail.

Please be advised that we have made several attempts via telephone and e-mail to reach the complainant in order to resolve this dispute.  She has not responded.  We urge her to contact our Customer Service department at ###-###-####.  Thank you.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and although I believe I should have been fully reimbursed, I  find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. With that said, I strongly advise the Revdex.com to further research this company. I am not the first person to file a complaint. There are multiple complaints, very similar to mine noted on the Revdex.com website and other websites if you search " the International Nurses Association" The fact that so many people have had almost identical complaints, raises red flags about the legitimacy of this company. They claim to be a nursing organization, however they are an advertising agency that pries on health professionals. Please look into it and save others the trouble of having to go through this entire process.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Revdex.com:
As per a lawyer's advice, the "Letter of Resolution" that this "business" is claiming was not signed and returned by myself via e-mail attachment. Instead, I wrote a confirmation e-mail to this "business" stating that I acknowledge our phone conversation stating that they will give me a full refund. I also left a voicemail on this "business'" Member Services Department on Friday, May [redacted], as well as over that weekend stating that I will not sign any "Letter of Resolution", and that I have acknowledged our conversation in writing via e-mail. On Monday, May [redacted], I received a recorded voicemail from Krista L[redacted] from Member Services department stating that they will return a full refund into my account. I have checked my bank account, and I have been credited Can$1016.61. It is short of Can$56.14, as the original amount taken was Can$1072.75. I am assuming that this discrepancy is due to the foreign exchange market. Therefore, in reference to complaint ID [redacted], I find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved at this time.
Sincerely,

This "association" is very deceptive. They do not list any of their membership fees on their website and then when you call them to join they try to bait you with "honors" and "being published" in some special book before telling you the membership is $700.00. When I declined, they offered me a cheaper package that was still hundreds of dollars and would not stop talking when I said that I didn't want to purchase it. Such a scam, and so pushy. Do not give these people your credit card information. I highly doubt that their association does anything to benefit its members once you join.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved One attempt made regarding my complaint. The other attempts were to get credit card info which I'm refusing to give because I no longer want any dealings with this organization.  I would like to have the refund of things I supposed to have been charge with no production.  I have responded via email of my wishes.. The only contact I want is a refund check. A verbal conversation will further be sales pitch to remain.  Please advise on further action that can be made to be refunded. Thank you.]
