I would not recommend this organization to anyone. The costs are extremely high and the agents are smooth talkers. Nothing is ever given in writing to the customer. The prices were much higher than I was led to believe they would be. I told them I was not interested in everything, yet I found later that I was billed for it. I called and spoke to Krista and was able to get a refund for the monthly payments, but that was just a small portion of the cost. Beware!! Don't fall for their smooth talking!!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have not resolved the issue, I responded to an email stating for them to cancel teh membership. I belive I have the choice on not to talk to them to explain why I want the cancellation.. as mentioned in my original complaint that I just want the cancellation and hopefully my money back. If they choose not to refund I hope for them to stop taking money from me as for the reason stated on my original complaint.

This Company is a scam. I have spent almost $2000 with this company and I have not seen anything significant occur as yet. They promised that my bibliography would be in the world wide leaders book and in different google search engines. It’s been almost 2 years and nothing yet. They sent me a glass plaque which u can hardly see the writing on it and when I complained they sent another wooden plaque which looks cheap. In addition to the $1700, my card was debuted another $895 for a so called video bibliography which I did not agree to. I had to call my bank to dispute the charges. This also messed my account up causing overdraft charges to my account. As a nurse’s Association, I trusted this company, but this turned out to be nothing but a scam. I don’t want want to have anything to do with this company anymore. I want all my money back.
