However I would like this complaint published as I believe it is false advertising and would like other prospective individuals to be made aware that being a top nurse does not appear to be a real honor of being selected (likely it is a mass letter/phone call being sent to anyone who will join their org for large sums of money.

Sucked in with promises, then shocked to learn it would only cost me $700 to join. After declining, the rep put on the pressure and tried to hard sell me by reducing the price to $500, then $189 and finally free. When I refused, her sweet demeanor suddenly changed and she wasn't so nice anymore. Hmmmmmmm...shoulda just hung up after saying no the first time!

Revdex.com:As per a lawyer's advice, the "Letter of Resolution" that this "business" is claiming was not signed and returned by myself via e-mail attachment. Instead, I wrote a confirmation e-mail to this "business" stating that I acknowledge our phone conversation stating that they will give me a full refund. I also left a voicemail on this "business'" Member Services Department on Friday, May [redacted], as well as over that weekend stating that I will not sign any "Letter of Resolution", and that I have acknowledged our conversation in writing via e-mail.
On Monday, May [redacted], I received a recorded voicemail from Krista L[redacted] from Member Services department stating that they will return a full refund into my account. I have checked my bank account, and I have been credited Can$1016.61. It is short of Can$56.14, as the original amount taken was Can$1072.75. I am assuming that this discrepancy is due to the foreign exchange market. Therefore, in reference to complaint ID [redacted], I find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved at this time.
