LEONARDO WORKED IN THE HOT SUN FOR OVER THREE HOURS.

HE LET ME KNOW PROGRESS AND HOW HE WOULD RESOLVE THE MOTOR PROBLEM WITH OUT COMPRESSOR UNIT.

The service technicians always arrive on time and are very efficient in their work. The work areas are cleaned up and returned to normal when they are finished.

Morgan and Mike were pleasant to work with. Knowledgeable and experienced at installing an all new heat pump furnace system.

Scott worked heard to make a deal for purchase.

Total scam artists!! Said 3 of my 4 units were shot and needed replacing for a cost of $40,000. Got second opinion and got 3 units fixed for $500 !! We're charging $96 for 1 pound of freon. 2nd company charged $25 per pound. One unit they said was shot had the breaker tripped and was not even running. Had cobwebs on it so it was never even tested. Have to have unit running to test it but I was told it was shot. It just needed some freon. 2 units just needed freon and 3rd unit needed blower motor for a grand total of $500 which included parts and labor. THESE PEOPLE ARE TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS!! THEY WILL LIE TO YOUR FACE!! NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE THEY CAN'T BE TRUSTED!! They said everything was falling apart and were outdated units. 2nd company said units were in great shape and were hi-quality equipment. Bud Anderson Heating and Cooling are total rip-off scam artists. DO NOT LET THEM AROUND YOUR EQUIPMENT!! Worst case of total crookedness I've ever encountered in dealing with a local business!!! These people need to be shut-down!!

Scheduling was easy. Arrived at the appointment time. Found a problem to repair under warranty. Always friendly and courteous. Consistently pleased with their work, have used BA over 15 years.

I was not home at the time of service, but talked with tech on phone and he told me what he had done. everything seems to be good. everyone I've dealt with is friendly and professional.

Jose called and arrived promptly thereafter-was efficient and courteous-

I got home from work at 4:45 yesterday 10/15/15. I was outside when my air conditioner came on, it made an awful noise and stopped. I went in the house and checked the thermostat, went back out to try to get it to start up, it did and did the same thing. I immediately called Bud Anderson. Kim was great on the phone and called me back to let me know when the technician would be there. He was at the house within 30 minutes. Diagnosed the problem and told me the price of everything before starting the work. They do a great job.

Bud Anderson Heating and Cooling was supposed to come and do a maintenance on my two units for my house on 7/26/2016. The arrival time was set between Noon and 2:00 pm. I was told the technician would call me about 30 minutes before he would arrive. I cleared out my schedule so that I was available for this service call. I pay a monthly charge every month to have this maintenance and upkeep done on my system so this is not a one off expectation.
At 1:53 pm. the service tech called me and in formed me that he would be arriving in the next 15 to 20 minutes. I informed the technician that his arrival time was between noon and 2:00 pm... Not after. I then informed him that I had other things to get done that afternoon for my own employment and would have to cancel. I also told the technician to have the home office call me the next day to reschedule.
It was less than three minutes when a representative from the company called me. She took a condescending tone with me when she explained I was being unreasonable since the arrival time was between 12 and 2, and her technician was only going to be 5-15 minutes late. And that I should know that it would take longer than a few minutes to do the service regardless of when they would arrive. I then informed her that I too had work to do that I had pushed back into the day and I was not pushing it back any further to accommodate her technician or her company. I also informed her that I had places to be for my own job and that I would expect a call the next day.
As of this writing it is about 3:30 on the 27th I have received no call to try and reschedule this appointment. But I have received an e-mail wanting a review of the work they did (didn't) do.
This is no way to run a company and to treat the people who are actually writing a check to you. Just as in my company, if I have a deadline, I have to do my damnedest to meet it. If I cannot meet that deadline then I have to be the one to stand up and explain to a client or my boss why I can't meet it.
As of this writing, I will probably be looking for a new A/C company to service my systems since your company could give a rat's as about your clientèle. I am sorely disappointed in the service and communication from this company and any business that feels that it is my duty to write a check to you simply because you are in business might want to reconsider your stance, because I will no longer write a check to you.
I hope that you treat your other clients better than you treat me. Understand that I will not be sending any business your way.

Very profesional Service thorough checa Of my system and explained all I needed to know about my heating system

I had a wonderful experience today with Bud Anderson Heating and Cooling as usual. They are professional and friendly. We have been doing business with them for three years now. It is always a positive experience. Terry, who worked on our A/C unit always takes the time to explain if there are any problems and what we need to do to fix them. Thanks we can count on you.
