The technician arrived on time and inspected the unit in detail. Took pictures of problems and when over them with me. He explained the options for getting the unit back in good working conditions. He did not try to pressure me for a decision and answered all my questions. He was very professional. Amber was professional and adjusted to my schedule.

The tech was a salesman not a tech. Came and told me my ac unit had no dryer. It is only 1.5 years old and comes with dryer. Tried to sell me some club membership. Also told me another part needed replace and it did. The company I used replaced the part for free, under warranty. Bud Anderson wanted to charge me over $1,300. Yes over $1,300 for something that was under warranty. They also charged me $75.00 service call to come out and lie to me. I will never call them again and may go back after my $75 .

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Joseph K. from Bud Anderson. Joseph was just outstanding! I found him to be extremely knowledgeable, thorough and, most importantly, honest. When he found an area for improvement, he took the time to show me exactly what the issue was, explaining cause and effect. Then he provided both short term and long term options. All of this he did in layman's terms which really helps the customer make informed decisions!
My annual maintenance needed to be rescheduled due to emergency air conditioning calls from other customers. I think it's great that they prioritize service based on severity of need! I lucked out because Amber P. did a great job of squeezing me into someone else's recent cancellation.

Excellent customer service and quick response! Joseph came out and was extremely detailed to make sure he figured out the root of the problem with my home heating system. He fixed the system, helped me understand what went wrong, and gained my trust in the services of Bud Anderson. Thanks and highly recommended!

Had to leave the house unlocked which I do not usually do. So I had faith in Tech. David N. to take care of things. Heather C. in the office was very helpful in making the arrangements. I just read the service report and found it very specific. Thanks to the great employees of Bud Anderson for a great service call.

Job well done. I called and received service the same day. The technician was knowledgeable and professional. Was early to the appointment and called in advance to make sure appoint time was coordinated properly. Most importantly Joseph fixed the problem right away at a reasonable price and was able to advise about future service needs. Very pleased with the service and restoring the heat on a cold day.

The business did a fine job from scheduling the visit thru the maintenance of the existing and AC and heating system. I was present thruout the visit work.and Mr. M. explained everything that he was doing. I was pleased with his work, as well as his assistant

We have been using Bud Anderson Heating and Cooling to service our heat and air units for 9 years. This year (2016) we purchased a new Hvac system as well as a hot water heater from them. In the 9 years of service with Bud Anderson we have no complaints.The sales crew, installation crew, as well as every service technician that comes twice a year, without fail, has been professional, helpful and as far as we can tell, honest. I am very pleased with the company.

We have used Bud Anderson for all our heating and cooling needs for over 20 years and have had nothing but good service from them. They go out of their way to make sure their customers are happy.

I would like to thank Bud Anderson for sending a person in a timely fashion to repair our A/C.
My husband has Copd and needs the air conditioner to work in this hot and humid weather.
Both Miranda and who took our call and Devaan were professional and friendly. Devaan diagnosed the problem within a couple of minutes of his arrival and proceeded to fix the problem. Very fast and efficient. We have used Bud Anderson for the past few years and are always pleased with their work.

Great friendly service.

The technician was Joseph. He can out to preform my annual maintenance checkup and found a couple of items that needed some attention. He gave me my options. After some discussion, it was decided to change the coil and motor, which was the appropriate thing to do. A week later Joseph called to notify me that the parts were in. An installation date was agreed upon. He came out at the appointed time and spend several hours installing the coil and motor. In addition to being very knowledgeable in his work, he was a very pleasant young man to deal with. When he came in the house, he always used shoe covers which I greatly appreciated as it was raining cats and dogs that day. I have a very positive attitude towards Bud Anderson's personnel and staff. A job well done.

EXCELLENT SERVICE I AM SPEECHLESS

Buddy always does a great job of checking my heating and air conditioning system.

We have had Bud Anderson service our furnace and air conditioner for as long as we have lived at our current address. Once again, we are completely satisfied with this appointment. The tech was very professional, friendly, and obviously knew what he was doing!

Have been with Bud Anderson Heating and Cooling for many years. I love that they call to remind me it's time for maintenance, call to remind me of the appointment day and time, call to tell me they are on the way to my house. In other words, their CUSTOMER SERVICE is excellent! Every heat/air problem I have ever had has been addressed, diagnosed and fixed within 24 hrs. I think they are excellent.

As usual I was very pleased with the help and service that Stacey provided. It is nice to have the same service person for over 10 years and it speaks well of the company that the employee has stayed with them

Fantastic, friendly service. It was our maintenance call but we knew we had an issue. It was great that Josh wasn't going to leave until he had our issue figured out. He explained everything to me and also my husband who was out of town at the time.
