A very thorough and conscientious young man who performed his duties in a very professional & courteous manner His communication skills were to be complimented
In the past two weeks, I have had two plumbing issues address by Bud Anderson Heating and Cooling: a garbage disposal that died, and two water heaters that suddenly started leaking The response time from Bud Anderson was excellent, as was the service and installation My requests for specific features in both appliances were addressed The installer(s) were courteous, and left things neat and tidy While nothing is cheap, I feel the price was in line with what I would have expected I would recommend their services
The Bud Anderson Technician, Joseph Kwho visited my home for the semi-annual system checkup, is the most considerate and respectful technician that I have ever encountered I am years old and have had a lot on encounters

I work for the U of A Housing deptBud Anderson installed a new Heat Pump system in one of the apartments we use for studentsWe had a problem with it not working and Stacey was sent out to fix it.We have lots of controls on the system to help run the buildingStacey took the time to find the problem by tracing out a lot of wiresHe found something that was not correct with the installation of the systemHe was able to fix it with parts he had on his service truckThen checked that it was working the best it couldThe best part was he was able to do all of this before the student was aware that there was a problem with there heat
I would like to have Stacey K work on any problems we may have in the future

Terry was very friendly and professionalhe checked the furnace over and got it goinghe told me about the condition of the unit and priced the part and labor for the gas valve assembly, however I chose to wait at this time and see how it does

They did have to come back a second time to complete some ductworkI did suggest when removing old ductwork from an attic they might place a tarp on the ground to hold the old insulation to make cleanup easier
I have let them know that we have almost no dust since the ductwork was changedI believe the reason is that Alex and Jose as well as the other installers have have been trained to seal all of the joints/connections as secure as possible
