The technician from Bud Anderson did a thorough inspection of our HVAC system and was very easy to talk to I believe he checked the operational status of everything possible component of our HVAC system
The system installers arrived on time and worked very efficientlyThe old system was removed and trucked off site within a few hours ant the new system, including new duct work and new wiring, was running by 4:pm All the system and warranty paperwork was handled by Bud AndersonWe have already been contacted for a follinspection to ensure our satisfactionWe have had a very positive experience with this company

Recently I had a A/C problem on my Heat/Pump bought last year I called Bud Anderson and the young lady I spoke with was very polite, understanding and offered to help me I received a call a few minutes later and Nick was on the line and said he would be here in minutes After inspecting the issue he said it wasn't the Heat/Pump but the condensation drain It turned out to be above the port and was stopping up He had to disassemble and reroute the flow It now works perfectly Nick was very professional and friendly I have been with Bud Anderson for almost years, when I built this house and bought systems from them out of 5!!! Great Company

My negative experience is not because of the repair man that came and replaced the partHe did his job, was very kind and very apologetic and I am grateful for his sincerityMy negative experience has come with the company as a wholeWhen I made the first phone call when I reported my AC wasn't working, I was told that the AC unit was still under warrantyThe repair man came and told me that it was still under warranty, and when I offered payment told me, "no payment necessaryHave a great day." minutes later the poor guy had to come back and tell me that, in fact, there was an error and the unit was no longer warranty, and that the part that was already replaced cost $
I am a new owner since the AC was installed, and am only now being told that a the warranty needs to be transferred in order for me to qualifyI have had Bud Anderson technicians out to maintain the system since I moved in over years ago, and no one ever said anything to me about transferring the warranty
I believe this is company and the service they offer is not worth the insane prices they cost to service a machine that is only years old
