Conducting semi-annual service for a rental property. Failed to notify me prior to the service, failed to call me during the service. E-mailed me an extensive list of problem items without calling to discuss. We have maintenance services conducted twice a year and none of these issues were discovered six months ago. Definitely have to get a second opinion, as either the previous maintenance was conducted poorly or this maintenance tech is just trying to sell more services.

Bud Anderson's employees worked to install our new HVAC system on perhaps the most cold and rainy day of the month. They worked non stop to have us up and running in a few hours. They went thru the operation of the unit with us and answered the questions that we had. They cleaned up after themselves and put back everything that they had to move to access the work area. Very professional company with competent employees.

We have a twice-yearly maintenance program with Bud Anderson Heating and Cooling, Inc. They have come through for us when we really needed them. They fixed our heating system when it conked out on a very cold night and saved us from roasting by going up Into a sweltering attic to fix our air conditioning system one very hot summer day. Their emergency response is great! And, with our maintenance plan, we only had to pay for parts in each instance,
