Bud Anderson was very quick to respond to my needs. The tech Tommy V. was very knowledgeable in his job. He treated me with respect and explained all of the problem with my system in a manner that was very understandable (no special jargon). Since my system is 13 years old and on its last leg, he contacted a sales person and we set up an appointment for the next day (a weekend day). That shows that they are willing to work within your schedule to help you.
Called Bud Anderson due to a furnace problem and they had a technician here in about and hour. The technician Mr. Steven H. completed the repair very quickly and the took time to explain everything in detail I was very impressed with Steve',

Steven the technician was knowledgeable, conscientious and efficient. He was able to tell us the age of the 2 different units and the efficiency rating of each and whether each were installed and whether they were up to present code. Upon entering the house Steven wore protective covering on his shoes so he would not track dirt. He explained in detail the problems that existed, gave us 3 options for each fix it item. I would highly recommended this business.

His estimate was detailed; his recommendation was logical. He covered his shoes when entering my home and he was kind enough to pet my dogs when they jumped up for attention. Terrific experience.

On our most recent appointment, our technician Josh took extra steps to assist with a thermostat programming issue that arose recently, and his knowledgeable actions have given us the consistent comfortable temperature range we had been seeking for some time without having to make frequent visits to the thermostat to compensate for outside temperature changes. He is very well spoken on technical issues and has the ability to communicate them in a manner that is very informative and easily understood. His professionalism, knowledge, and dedication to his job resulted in a comfortable and satisfying customer service experience. Their journeyman and plumber, Josh and Don, did not disappoint. They installed four new bathroom faucets and a kitchen faucet quickly, professionally and efficiently. When I asked if they could change the position of the faucet handle on my kitchen faucet, Josh was happy to make the adjustment. They even disposed of our old faucets and packaging.
Their front office customer service staff is equally professional and friendly, and their pricing is fair and competitive. I would recommend Bud Anderson to anyone!
