response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and while I wholeheartedly disagree with their business ethic and their absolute lies even in their response to you (shipping took two months and then was sent 2 day expediated shipping from a factory in the [redacted]t), a chargeback was initiated through [redacted] and a refund has been initiated on their business end, after 3 full months of debating and bickering with Vita, the hero of The Nerd Cave. I would also like to mention that this company, to avoid their formal complaints by YOU, their local Revdex.com, has rebranded as [redacted]r. I suppose you need this last line, so fine, I find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

I went on line July 5th to purchase my Brother some presents for his upcoming big 30 Birthday.
He is a [redacted] fanatic so I seen The Nerd Cave promoted on [redacted] and I thought I had hit gold, I should have known it was too good to be true.
I ordered over $200 worth of merchandise, First off I should have checked to see there was no phone number to call for their business to check status or to file complaints. Number 2 They don't have it written anywhere that they take up to 3 weeks to make some of their items and don't have any practice of charging you for Said items when they go to ship, no they take the money then leaving you penniless while you are making due because you wanted to get good gifts for someone. Then the hammer drops when you are a week in and 12 emails deep with nothing written back. Finally I had to go on their site and register for an account which they didn't say you had to do that since they had the Check out as a guest option available (I have had identity stolen before so I am really cautious about where I store my info). Finally get an email back which looked like it was written by a robo-email address, stating that thank you for your latest email, you should receive your items within the next 4 to 6 weeks, due to having to make some of the Canvass art from scratch, I was upset but I wanted the best so I understood that part, but 2 T-Shirts and a double edged [redacted] knife that takes nothing to ship that out over night or at most 3 to 4 business days, well I got 1 of the T-Shirts 3 weeks in, Got an email 3 1/2 weeks end that they were going to partial credit me for an item (which they didn't tell me what it was I had to send 9 other emails to pry that out of them) while finally learning that the other T-Shirt I ordered was the item they refunded me for as they have not produced it in 2 years. I went back to their website and sure as hell they had that same item on the front screen up for Sale and it was cheaper than what I paid for it, I paid $29.00 for it and they were selling it supposedly for $21.00 as you can guess I was super mad, so I sent them 4 other emails with screen shots proving they were false advertising and they state oh we are terribly sorry we will email our supplier and have them take it down immediately.
Well I found out right then that they are the Store Front they order these products from someone who orders them from someone who orders them from someone else which begs the reasoning and explains why they don't have a phone number set up anywhere to call.
Now here we are on Week 4 and I am still no where with the [redacted] Knife, and the 2 Canvass wall art sets.
I just wanted to put this out there to help save anyone else who reads this from EVER buying anything from this pathetic excuse for a business.
If I can help just 1 person that makes me feel better and makes it all worth it in the end.
