I placed an order for a canvas but never received a confirmation emailI contacted the company via email on 12/6/and was told on 12/that they no longer carried the canvas and I would be refunded in the next few business daysI never received the refundI tried to contact the company again on 12/and no one has respondedIt is now 12/and I still have not received a response or a refund

I ordered a picture from them on July 3rd as a birthday gift for my son in mid August July 21st I contacted them asking on the status and was informed that orders take 2-Weeks to print the picture and then ship August 3rd (weeks after ordering), on August 8th I was told it was printed and ready for shipping (weeks after ordering) and I would receive a shipping notification shortly It is now August 16th (weeks after ordering) and there is no shipping notification and now there is no sign it will arrive in time to be a giftI have asked to cancel my order and be refunded If the refund is not made shortly, then I will dispute with my credit card I would not recommend them I feel I have been incredibly patient and accommodating as they failed to meet their commitments

I ordered an item on July 11, I emailed on July to find out about the item as we had not received any tracking or confirmation of the item being sent nor did we get a receiptI was told it took 2-weeks, which was understandable, and I continued to wait
I emailed again on August 14, for a follow-up, as it was another weeks and no email, tracking or productI was told "Your order is ready, but is still in the waiting line for shippingPlease, accept our apologies for the delay, since we are experiencing some overwhelming momentsYou will receive the tracking number as soon as your package will be sent"
I send another email again on September 29, 2016, giving them MORE than enough time to bring me my orderI received the following: "We deeply apologize for the delay and your inconvenienceYour package must have been lost due to the high traffic of our deliversWe would like to offer you two options: whether to choose a replacement of the exact same produ

They sold me a cheap toy the likes of which you would find as a fairway prize for "half price" at dollars (I bought two) with a very misleading ad that lead me to believe it was a much better productAdvertised a lightsaber suitable for dueling with polycarbonate bladeWell they were absolute garbage I wouldn't have paid two dollars forMisleading advertising, junk product

*** I have contacted this company repeatedly regarding a canvas order #that had not been received after days, then days, then days, then daysThe order was made on July 8, and it is now October 3rd, The product has still never been receivedEach contact made was answered via email by a different customer service individualFirst it was a ***, then a *** then a ***Each time there was some excuse why the order wasn't shipped or it was shipped and should be arriving any dayWhen asked to provide a tracking #...their tracking software was "being repaired"When I demanded a full-refund, of course the canvas was "on it's way"...but still no tracking # providedRepeated calls have resulted in no refund or product received either

The worst have called and left over messages, written so many emails my fingers hurt NOT one person responded they are thieves they are quick to charge your credit card but not to give you your products Going to try to get my money back make it a faud claim I guess

I ordered five piece canvases from them on August 21st I emailed them on September 6th with my confirmation number asking them if my product was shipped and if I could get a tracking number They emailed me back September 8th and said my canvases were ready to be shipped and would be shipped in the nearest days and they said I would receive a tracking number soon too I emailed them back on September 13th and said I still had not received a tracking number and filled a customer review and complaint I also called customer service times during business hours and was always told there were no attendants available to talk with me They emailed me back on September 15th and said there was an explosion of orders and my order was printed and that I should receive a tracking number within several days Then on September 18th they emailed me and said they failed to find a tracking number and package for me They said I may get a refund or my package may be shipped in the next week

Never received my orderGot cancellation email saying my money would be refundedAfter seeing all of the reviews here, I got on the phone with my credit card company to go after them to get back those funds
