canvas not a refund. I never clearly stated that I wanted a refund just hinted at it. I paid for a item that I waited this long for . a resolution that involved me getting my canvas I will not be happy until I get my canvas.

Ordered my product over a month ago, and have been constant in emails as well as phone calls (to which I'm always answered by a machine saying no support agents are available, every time) about why not only have I not received my product but why I cannot get a return phone call from the 3+ voicemails I have left for a return call. I have my order confirmation email, but still no product. Beginning to think I was scammed. One email returned several weeks ago saying they were overwhelmed and would get to it but have since had my next two or three complaint emails ignored.

The only way we can refund an order is back to the original card it was purchased from or through paypal. Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to send a check to cover a refund.
