canvas not a refund. I never clearly stated that I wanted a refund just hinted at it. I paid for a item that I waited this long for . a resolution that involved me getting my canvas I will not be happy until I get my canvas.

The only way we can refund an order is back to the original card it was purchased from or through paypal. Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to send a check to cover a refund.

Ordered my product over a month ago, and have been constant in emails as well as phone calls (to which I'm always answered by a machine saying no support agents are available, every time) about why not only have I not received my product but why I cannot get a return phone call from the 3+ voicemails I have left for a return call. I have my order confirmation email, but still no product. Beginning to think I was scammed. One email returned several weeks ago saying they were overwhelmed and would get to it but have since had my next two or three complaint emails ignored.

I am rejecting this response because: On the 22nd you sent me this tracking #  [redacted]  and of course again was too late because for whatever reason was sent back to you...

and recieved days ago. But on the 23rd you send me a email saying that you no longer sell canvas??? well that may be the case but I know you have the 2 canvas I had ordered I want those sent to me and my refund its been 4 months!!! only after contacting the Revdex.com has your company finally done anything!!!
