I placed an order with is company and the charge posted to my CC on 7/13/ 7/27/16- I emailed them inquiring about the status of this order 8/1/16- They replied back it can take 2-weeks for the order to be made and shipped 9/6/16- I emailed them again stating it had been weeks since I ordered from them 9/8/16- They replied that something must have happened to the order or was lost in shipmentOffered to redo the order or refund me my money....I chose the refund 9/23/-still have not received a refund

STAY AWAY!!! I too ordered a canvas two months ago and have not recieved itStay away from this company!! The nerd cave is a SCAM!! They also told me my item was lost in transition and they will refund me but I have yet to see it!!! Worst company! Customer satisfaction is at Horrible!! Save yourself and STAY AWAY!!!!!

On August 9, at 7:am I ordered a piece d [redacted] l canvas for a total of $USD and because we are [redacted] the total in [redacted] funds came to $which was taken from our capital one credit card on August I first inquired about the approximate shipping date of my purchase on August 12, The nerd cave responded on August 14, assuring me that my item will take approximately weeks from the date of purchase as it takes time to perfect the canvas On September I again contacted the nerd cave via email, in that email I had told them that it was nearing end of week five and that I had yet to receive a shipment confirmation code On September 15,the nerd cave had said that unfortunately it got lost in shipping and that there is one of two ways they could fix the issue "refund me or change it" I wanted to know what it they meant by change my order so in a third email on Sept I had asked them what that entailed They replied on Sept 16,

I received a credit to my credit card from Nerd CaveNo item has been received yet Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Sincerely, [redacted]
