Dear Revdex.com I still am in disputer with this vendor I did intact get a call from a company representative finally, who was very courteous The resolution that I agreed to was that Powerboard would ship out overnight a brand, new PINK Powerboard to replace the exact board that wasn't working It has been days since our conversation and I have NOT received the board I have since called, and sent an email Neither my phone call or email has been returned.So, I am still in dispute waiting for the NEW board to be sent.Thank you [redacted] ***

I purchased a Powerboard online through powerboard.com and in light of recent problems with other devices that are similar (I.eThe devices caught on fire although not a powerboats brand) I tried to return the itemThere is a no return policy according to customer serviceThis information was not displayed on any documentation, etcIn this day, it seems as if a company has something to hide when not displaying such crucial informationI ordered through the manufacturer's site and not Amazon so I could receive the warranty in case something malfunctionsI guess I have learned my lesson to not support local USA businesses that are not AmazonI would not support or purchase from this business

Justin M [redacted] purchased his board USED on Craigslist, as he stated in his complaint When Justin contacted PowerBoard our Customer Service Representative explained to him that the limited warranty extends to the original purchaser with proof of purchase only and offered alternative options to have the board repaired He chose not to send the board in for repair We directed Justin to our website so he could obtain correct Warranty information It’s unfortunate that he purchased a non working used board and may want to contact the seller directly to resolve this issue Below is our Warranty posted at [redacted] WARRANTY This POWERBOARDTM is warranted to be free of defects of material or workmanship for one year from the date of original retail purchaseThis limited warranty extends to the original purchaser with proof of purchaseIf any component of this product proves de­fective, repair or replacement with the same or equivalent product will be made without chargeWarranties do not apply when products are not used in accordance with the included instruction manual, or in cases of misuse or abuseFor more information, see [redacted]

July of this year they have been messing around with our two power boards poor poor business now they have our boards since October and we have nothing, merry Christmas we are out our money and boards,won't do anything they say there going to do? For them what would you like me to tell my young boys????

Hi,Thank you for your emailDue to the post-holiday season we are currently experiencing a high number of calls and emailsAs a customer, you are certainly important to us and we would like to help resolve any issues or answer any questions you may havePlease review the following for common questions: Board is not responding correctly In this case, the best first step is to try and calibrate your boardPlease follow these instructions in order to calibrate: Make sure the Powerboard is turned off Press and hold the On button for seconds or until the lights begin flashing every few seconds Let go of the On buttonIt is now calibratingPlease allow it to calibrate for at least seconds Turn the board off and then on once moreHopefully that has helped with the issue Board is shakingSometimes the board can shake when you are learning how to rideOnce you become more familiar with controlling the board, it may begin to shake lessPlease also make sure the user weighs at least lbsIf the user is less than lbsthe sensors may not work properlyIf the user is less than lbsyou may want to wait for the user to grow into the board a bit moreOnce they weigh a bit more, the board will work as designedI hope these tips have helpedIf you are in need of further assistance please contact us at [email protected], The Powerboard Team

I will not drop this case until the business ships the defective recalled replacement to me It is too easy to drop a case with a simple responseShipping the label is not the same as receiving the replacementPlease keep this complaint open until it is actually taken care of in a timely fashion
