I had excellent results with the Relationship Co. I felt confident with their practice of back ground checks to weed out undesirables so there were no surprises. On my second introduction I met the lady I dated for over 10 years and next month we are getting married and retiring together and starting the next phase of our lives.

I signed on because I wasn't meeting men in my daily life and online dating is tricky. This is as close as I can get to meeting someone through a mutual friend. It's not fast. You have to be willing to be patient and persistent. The process of dating can be discouraging, so persistence is key. Don't give up, don't get down on the process. Elissa has sent me 3 men so far and each one gets better. I'm still online too and am getting better at it. Joining the Relationship Company is moving me forward. I particularly like that the men I meet have to be able to afford this service too so I know they're solvent. And I trust Elissa's instincts about people. She's sening me only quality people.

The first ten introductions were pleasant people but either they weren't for me or I wasn't for them. Introduction 11 was kismet. I've really been totally happy with this relationsip the last year and a half and I don't see things changing for a long while. TRC delivered a great service.

I have been a member of the relationship company for about a year now and have met quality dates with a complete review and picture about the person before deciding on whether to date them or not. Some dates did not continue as the chemistry was not right but I am currently dating a beautiful woman with a great personality who could become a long term relationship. The employees do a good job finding the best people with the qualities that you are looking for in a relationship. I had no bad experiences with any of my dates.
I would recommend this company for people who want to meet screened quality dates and who are tired of the local bar scene of meeting people who you know nothing about.

I signed a contract and paid 5000.00 for a dating service. I supposed to get a referral for a date within four weeks. I did not. I had requested a salary requirement, and the person I finally was referred to did not have a working car. I make 150k+ a year and found it hard to believe that a person that I was hoping to meet through this service would have a working vehicle. The last two never called, and I suspect they were not real people. I joined this company and I met my wife on the first match. I signed up to meet 12 women and I met my soulmate on the first one. I can't believe how perfect the match was. I joke about wanting my money back since I put myself on hold and never met the other 11 but I wouldn't change anything for the world. I recommend this company to everyone who complains they can't meet the right one.

The company did not follow through with what they said they were going to do. The company said they would give me a refund. They have not.In May of 2012 I joined The Relationship Company at a [redacted] fee. Questions were asked about prefrance for your partner. Height, miles away and such. The company sent me maybe three matches which did not meet any of my requirments. I shared my disappointment with the service and requested a refund in July. My phone calls were ignored for two months. I sent email on Sept 6th requesting a refund and asked them to respond to me by email only. They said they would send me a form to fill out. It took them a few times of them saying they sent the form before I finally received it only after I said I was going to the Revdex.com and [redacted] office was the form sent to me. I also have an email from thme saying that if I went to either one that those actions would slow down my refund process. I sign and returned the form on Nov 4th 2012. I have a number of emails after signing and returning the form saying that my refund was in for reveiw and nothing has come of it. I have called and left messages. I even have a message on my phone saying that the refund is in process. Kind regards,[redacted]Business Response The Relationship Company works cooperatively with the Revdex.com to resolve a dispute. When we are notified that a client has filed a complaint with the Revdex.com, we place the client on hold in order to review the activity on a client's file. Our focus is on the fulfillment of our contractual obligation. It is also a review of the client's participation in the process and his/her communication with the staff. The Revdex.com facilitates the process of a resolution through establishing, within reason, a timeline for communication between The Relationship Co. and our client. Once we have compiled our findings based on the fulfillment of our contractual obligations and the complaint has been withdrawn or closed with the Revdex.com, we will proceed with one or more of the following: (1) reactivate the client's membership (2) cancel the client's membership (3) continue the hold of the client's membership (4) extend an invitation to the client to review our findings and/or (5) initiate an internal process for consideration of a refund.The determination for a refund is not within the jurisdiction of the Revdex.com. It is at the discretion of The Relationship Co. Customarily the consideration for a refund is based on adherence to contractual obligations by the company and the client. Our contract clearly explains the policy for a refund in addition to other policies and procedures that apply to the company as well as the client. All clients are asked to read and initial all clauses in the contract. The policy for a refund is stated in the first clause of the contract. This clause states if a client cancels his/her membership prior to receiving a referral, the client will receive 1/2 of his/her money back. If a client cancels after receiving a referral, he/she will not receive a refund. The amount of time required to find a special person for a client cannot be predicted. The programs offered by the company reflect this, i.e., there is not a time limit on any program. A client remains with this service until they have received the number of introductions they purchased or until they marry and/or commit to a lasting relationship. In the latter case, they would have to request termination of their membership and/or transfer the membership before we would remove their membership from hold.Other clauses in the contract designate the number of introductions purchased by the client and the guarantee that they will receive these introductions. The hold time that is available is also designated in the contract. All clients are told in the initial interview that written feedback is required following a match. This information is helpful in preparing the next match. According to the contract, we wait for feedback from the client. The next introduction is usually made within 4-6 weeks from the date we receive feedback, although we are required to process matches only as available. If we do not receive written feedback from a client, it is within our jurisdiction to place the membership on hold and subsequently, cancel the membership without a refund. Many clauses protect our clients. A membership can be cancelled, without a refund, if the information supplied by the client is misleading or if a background check reveals unacceptable background information. If a client exhibits antisocial, inappropriate or disruptive behavior or attempts to use the service for any improper, immoral, illegal or exploitative purposes, the client's membership will be terminated without a refund.Clients may temporarily suspend service through written request for the period of time purchased in their membership. This suspension is at their discretion although clients generally suspend service because they are dating someone they truly like. In the event a client suspends service and does not resume service within their designated time, the company has the right to cancel the contract and the client will not be entitled to a refund.Ms. [redacted] received a promise of a refund from the staff at The Relationship Co. When you are doing online dating you never know for sure who is actually on the other side. The Relationship Company does all the work for you in finding the right person. I requested a refund in accordance with the contract over a year ago. No refund has ever been forthcoming nor a response to any of my correspondences.On October 1, 2014, a notarized letter was sent to The Relationship Company at 59 Interstate Drive, West Springfield, MA 01089 via registered mail and reads as follows: I hereby exercise my right to cancel and terminate the herein referenced contract, "The Contract," for a refund of $[redacted] "prior to receipt of the Client's first referral" pursuant to article I of The Contract, dated September 17, 2013, between me, "the Client," [redacted], and The Relationship Company, "The Company." I hereby render myself, the Client, "liable for 1/2 of the membership fee as full consideration for the services provided by the Company with respect to interviewing, testing, and evaluation of the Client," such membership fee having been paid in full in the amount of $[redacted]. Having been required at the The Contract signing to pay the membership fee in full without option, the Client expects reciprocal treatment and therefore immediate disbursement of the refund upon receipt of this notice. Signed by, the Client...I have USPS receipts with time and date stamps on them, a second original of the letter with a raised seal by the notary and my copy of the Contract. As a follow up I contacted the Company by phone on several occasions and received no satisfaction, only excuses. I called and spoke to the owner, who directed me to call and email the Company and still no response. I am not a charity for this company and I expect to be refunded my money just as the contract states. By all rights I ought to receive ALL of my money back rather than just half, especially in view of their lack of response to any of my correspondences for over a year now and their obvious unwillingness to uphold and respect the terms their own contract. By the way, any words or phrases in quotation marks in the above letter indicate words taken straight from the contract itself. At a time in my life when I really needed to meet an attractive, personable, and intelligent woman to spend time with & enjoy life, Elissa and her firm came through. Having not been satisfied with past services or the bar scene, we sat down and through open exchange, honesty & relaxed dialogue (in a very non-confrontational fashion) were able to establish my desired criteria.
Eleven (11) months later now, my lady & I are just doing wonderfully. The woman I met through Elissa's firm, the Relationship Company is truly a princess. We spend so much time together and really enjoy ALL of our experiences.
