I have very different values and it was nice to be introduced to men who maintain the same values as me. The fact that a background check was done on all members was a plus to my membership. My initial interview was a very thorough interview which I felt was very necessary in someone getting to know me so I felt very comfortable with the process. I joined The Relationship Co in 2013.I met with Elissa [redacted] and talked to her about the women I wanted to date-and didn't want to date. The biggest reason I came to The Relationship Co was because I weed out the women I did not want to date. I joined the company because I wanted the personal service. I did not want computer dating at all because I know people who have been terrified by the people they have met. I purchased a regular program in 2013. I met several women. I wasn't happy with them,i.e., no chemistry. My summer work schedule was very busy so I didn't use the service consistently. In September 2014,I scheduled a second meeting with Elissa. It was a major expense but I felt it was worth it. Elissa introduced me to a few people and emphasized that our communication was very important. So we talked frequently on the phone. She made suggestions about how to handle sensitive issues in my life and helped me develop an easier understanding of how to be comfortable with the women I was meeting. On approx. May 7th, they gave me my first match in July. I met for the first time for an hour and all she did was complain about the company how they didn't match well or update their info. At the end of the meeting, she said we had nothing in common. She stated she was 60, I was told she was 58. My second match I received Aug 14. I called her, left a voice mail, no return call. I contacted [redacted], she advised to wait 2 days and try again. No response. I contacted [redacted] on Aug 20th and asked her if she heard anything. She said she would be sending me another match by Aug 28th. On Aug 30th I told [redacted] their company made promises they didn't keep. Approx. 2 hours later another manager contacted me and I told her the same thing. I joined this club because I am widowed and don't want to be alone. Business Response [redacted]'s file is being reviewed by [redacted] and our goal is to resolve this issue as amicably as possible.In the 5 months you have been with the service, we have attempted 4 introductions. Of those, you approved 3 and we pulled 1 because she was in a relationship. Of the 3 you approved, you met 1 and you thought she was very nice, but lacked any common interests. I had excellent results with the Relationship Co. I felt confident with their practice of back ground checks to weed out undesirables so there were no surprises. On my second introduction I met the lady I dated for over 10 years and next month we are getting married and retiring together and starting the next phase of our lives.

Personal relationships are difficult. Afer my initial no-pressure interview I contracted them to introduce me to people I might have chemistry [an illusive quantity] with. I was pleased that they performed background checks on those I were to meet. The introductions they provided were all decent people. I must say that I lucked out on one of the referrals and have been dating the individual for two years now. We got engaged in January of this year and are very happy with each other. Cashed an unotherized check in the amount of $[redacted]Met with the relationship company about signing up.. after a long interview was pressured into weighting a check for $[redacted] but signed an agreement the check would not be cashed till I could decide by text the next day.. I sent a text saying I wanted to hold off on signing up.. I got a response that was ok and to let them know if I'm interested in the future.. 2 days later I got a paniced message to call my bank and cancel the check it had been cashed by mistake.. I called my bank and they stayed it was to late it had been cashed the day before.. The relashonship company promised to send me a check back in a couple weeks.. It's been 7 months and no money back.. They keep telling me to be patient that they are having money problems..Desired SettlementI'm seeking just the amount of the unotherized check they cashed of $[redacted] Business Response Mr. [redacted] has accurately described his situation with two exceptions:(1) I was not panicked when I contacted him about his check. I was extremely concerned. His check had been deposited by mistake and I wanted him to put a stop payment on the check in order to avoid an unpleasant situation. Time was essential in achieving that goal. Perhaps I sounded panicked.(2) Our subsequent conversations reasonably focused on refunding the entire amount at one time; however, we are reorganizing deparments in the company and our budget has been stretched due to these demands. We have not been in financial difficulty but we have been under financial restraint in order to achieve our goals.Recently, we discussed a payment plan which was most acceptable to Mr. [redacted]. I had scheduled a conversation to determine the plan but was delayed by unforeseen circumstances. Mr. [redacted] advised me of his complaint with the Revdex.com before I could resolve the issue. I told him it was our procedure to wait for the complaint before pursuing a resolution. Now that it has been received, I will resume our dialogue.Ms. [redacted] is an awesome fellow! I have extended a complimentary membership to him in gratitude for his patience with this situation. Needless to say, at this point he does not require our services but should he ever want to meet a wonderful lady, I will be happy to introduce him to women who will adore him for the wonderful man that he is!

I have been a member of TRC for almost 2 years. For the past several months, I had some questions and suggestions for the staff regarding how their service could be more effective, especially for me. After also getting similar feedback from other clients, TRC decided to invest in a professional mediator, so that effective dialogues, in the presence of a neutral party, could be had with clients, in order to resolve any client concerns and so that TRC could share with clients new initiatives that are being implemented by TRC to improve client experience and business effectiveness. I participated in one of these dialogues and was very impressed by the mediator and the openness and receptivity shown by TRC.
