The reason I am withhilding acceptance of this response is that I need to see consistent delivery for as long as the problem situation, which is 2 weeks. While the past couple days have improved, the weekend and following week remain to demonstrate that the problem is resolved.In the meantime, as a show of good will, I would appreciate if the business would convert the remainder of my subscription as that of a new subscriber, and provide the reduced subscription rate presently on offer for the newspaper. I believe I have worked harder to bring this problem to the newspaper's attention than their own employees were able to achieve of the 2+ weeks of the problem service.
