We confirmed that this address is on our internal Do Not Deliver List and the consumer's request was escalated to our distribution partner. We requested that they provide additional oversight to ensure no delivery. Their response to us is copied below:
– after reviewing the street it appears that we only deliver to 13 addresses on Ibsen. We will monitor that street to ensure deliver and placement is 100%. We will also be diligent that [redacted] does not receive any product at all. The GEO fence will also be added to alert us when any of the contractors are nearby.
We will continue to communicate with the distributor on this complaint and if necessary request that they extend their oversight on deliveries to this street.

The customer was contacted by [redacted] as they processed the refund and was informed at that time of the refunding process and time frame. Refunds take up to 4-6 weeks to reach customer. In addition we reached out to the customer and received a call back from husband confirming the call between 3rd party and customer.

Our system shows that the rate the customer was on was no longer available.  We send out automatic notices letting the customer know of the upcoming rate change, however the customer reports she did not receive her notice that was sent on 3/22/16. I have spoken with the customer and have...

We have confirmed with our distributor that the issue is being addressed and further action is being taken to ensure that the resident does not receive any other deliveries.  We spoke with the resident and he has confirmed as well that there were not deliveries this past weekend.

However, we do not allow others – especially people unknown to our readers – to make those decisions for them. We have discussed the rejection response from the customer with the distributor in the area for Mr. [redacted].  He has confirmed that the paper is now being delivered over the gate and is staying off the grass as requested.  They did acknowledge that the paper was delivered past the deadline on 2 days this past week. The customer lives at the end of the carriers route and they are making every attempt and effort to get the paper delivered on time.  The customer has also been given the distributors phone number to contact him in regards to any delivery issues he is encountering.We do apologize for the ongoing frustration the customer is experiencing as well as the distributor has communicated his apologies to Mr. [redacted].  We have placed a 4 week credit onto his account.  This has been applied for the time that the customer has had to call in and for the deliveries that were not up to standards.Thank you

The customers block range has been stopped in our system.  I have escalated this issue to our 3rd party distributor to ensure that all deliveries have been stopped.  In addition I have reached out to the customer and provided my phone number for call back.

We have confirmed with our 3rd party distributor and the resident that the deliveries have now stopped. In addition we have placed a stop on the [redacted] block of [redacted] to ensure that the issue is resolved.
