If the deliveries continue, then I will have to file more complaints and then if they still continue I will have to figure out what my next actions will be. The U-T throws their unsolicited, plastic-wrapped bundle of advertising at almost every house in our neighborhood every Saturday. Last year I called them to contact them to stop them delivering to my house. The deliveries kept coming. Often the bundles are thrown under cars, on the driveway or simply in the road (which is illegal dumping). This has always been a blight on our neighborhood, with many papers piling up on driveways and sidewalks, unwanted they pile up and become a soggy mess when it rains. Since this trash has never been ordered it cannot be cancelled or stopped in any way and pile up when people go on vacation, announcing that nobody is home. After having received no joy contacting the UT directly I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com on 8/22/2015. I received a call back from a representative from the UT and the deliveries stopped. However they have now restarted - I received another bundle of trash dumped on my driveway Thanksgiving week along with the rest of my neighborhood.Stop dumping Local Values, Sunday Best and any and all unsolicited trash on my doorstep, driveway, front yard, etc.

We apologize for the late response. We have been waiting for additional information from our 3rd party distributor and a waiting to make contact with the resident [redacted] Costanzo. Attached you will find photo confirmation of non delivery to the residents home. In addition we have placed a GEO-Fense around the area that will alert the distributor if the contractor enters the area. This will assist in monitoring the distribution of our product.
We have also confirmed with the resident that there has been no deliveries as well. She has my direct contact should she need any other assistance.

We encourage people to opt-out of our Local Community Values if they don’t wish to receive it. However, we do not allow others – especially people unknown to our readers – to make those decisions for them. Therefore, we do not ever stop entire zip codes or communities without consent from all affected consumers.
We have contacted our 3rd party distribution about the unwanted deliveries. They will provide follow up with the carrier and in addition place the address in their GEO fencing radar. Which means that any time a carrier enters the area around the address the management is alerted.

Company sent me an email on 3/23/2015 at 3:39 AM that reflected exact rate their customer service representative said my March contact he had modified. Believe me, I would NOT agree to a rate that was a 1000% increase over what I paid in 2014 and 2015. Subsequently, all billing notices went away - corresponding precisely with the March customer service rep's identified rate.Regardless, the UT service rep Donna called today 8/31/2016. She explained about the change in ownership, change in personnel, and change in computer system which provides virtually no continuity for long time customers. I accepted her very reasonable explanations, she offered an apology and to clear their perceived balance due, I'm not seeking reimbursement for the $4.54 UT should owe to me after not fulfilling terms I understood were offered, and we are going to amicably part ways.I have UT [redacted] direct line and backup in the event UT charges my credit card again. She is a superb customer service person!
