A manager did reach out to this customer to have them come in but the customer did not show up for the appointment

regarding this matterWe've continued to get collection calls and still have not received tags or registration from September The last voice mail that my husband received was from the "darrenator" approximately one day after the complaint was filed telling my husband that we would burn in hell.

Customer was cut a check for the $deposit and the check was mailed to customer's home address

The finance manager has been trying to reach the customers and they have not answered or returned any phone callsWe will try to reach out againAlso, the customers have received collection calls because they did sign a promissory note for $1,which can be provided; we as a good-will gesture to help them out have already waived $1,of that and are just requesting the final $

The Manager Hector V*** is working to resolve the customer's complaint

The refund will get processed and it will get sent to the bank through which you are financingIt will come off of the principal balance

because: I firmly believe it was because of the dealership’s negligence in properly inspecting the rust and dismissing it as mud when I took my car to them for inspection and was still under warrantyRust doesn’t grow overnight so i’m sure when I took my car for inspection due to visible rust signs, that there was indeed rust and that the dealership should honor the waranty coverage.

The customers information has been deleted from our system but customers are able to unsubscribe from our email list from any emails they receive from us

I was witness to the service manager reaching out to this customer who he indeed left a message forI will have the director of all of service departments reach out to the customer

We do apologize for any inconvenience but upon the Used Car Manager's inspection of the traand the fact that the market value of the trahad gone down we were unable to give the customer the same price for their vehicleThe customer had not signed a contract at that point and could
have decided not to purchase the new vehicleWe have signed documents stating that the customer agreed on that price for their trade-inIf the customer would like to come in and speak with a manager they are more than welcome to do so
