The response submitted by the business is false. The manager has not been in contact with me as I have callled and left messages to meet with the manager and try and...

resolve this issue but the manager has not returned my phone calls. I also went to the dealership to see if I can speak with the manager and the sales representative stated the manager is out and there is nothing she can do for me at that time.

Customer is confusing physical availability with availability of deal's parameters. Customer assumed that $0 down payment constitutes zero dollars out of pocket due at drive-off. Customer was told that the AD clearly states all the requirements and qualifications ( along with notation that Not al customers will qualify) for the advertised special. Customer refused to pay taxes and DMV fees, demanding that no dollars would be paid at lease inception. Furthermore, the advertised special was for a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo ( the base model) and the customer wanted a Grand Cherokee Limited which is a more expensive vehicle.

I am rejecting this response because: One person called me ONE TIME and I did hang up on that person after I said I was not interested in dealing with anyone from that unprofessional dealership and that I might have to take he advice from their manager who suggested I just get an attorney for the lemon law instead of him being interested in actually fixing the issue with my lease. You guys really stretch the truth huh? I received ONE CALL from the GM and now you saying "every time" you call as if it was more than once? You are an embarrassment and I've let every single first responder in this area know it.

The service manager will be giving the customer a call to address their concerns.

The customer was in on February 16, 2016 and received a check back for her $8,000.00.

I am rejecting this response because:the business' response is simply a lie. Not surprising. All the fees and inception fees - which I will gladly pay - are part of the down payment, which I will gladly pay. My complaint was regarding the fact that the ad said there was a vehicle available at a certain monthly price and it provided the VPN of that vehicle, the person who set up that meeting and followed up on the day on the meeting confirmed the vehicle in the ad was available. However, at the meeting, after driving all the way to the business, the agent, after checking in the system multiple times and consulting his supervisors, said it was no longer available and offered an alternative that had a small upgrade and whose monthly payment costs TWICE as much (be mindful that the monthly payment has nothing to do with fees and inception - they all factor into the down payment). The following day after the meeting, I called the business again and they confirmed on the phone that the vehicle in the ad was still available. I then told them about the meeting the evening before, they said they would investigate and get back to me and never did, on FOUR different occasions, including in their last response to NJ Revdex.com's message. This seems to be part of their scam.The business' false advertisement and the disingenuous way the business is handling this incident - making up stories about me having any objection to pay taxes or inception fees or pretending like these two have any impact on the quoted monthly price - both make it crystal clear that this is an obvious case of fraudulent advertisement luring customers to the business under false pretenses. The business' disingenuous conduct as manifested in their latest response to you - making up an entirely made up and vicious explains toon for their fraud - further illustrates the way this place is doing business.I expect NJ Revdex.com to downgrade this business' rating and proceed with the legal path toward removing these fraudulent business practices from the state of NJ by shutting down this business.Thank you,[redacted]

There was a delay in getting the license plates done due to an issue with Chrysler Corporation. This customer was given a new vehicle from Chrysler corporation and a substitution of collateral was done; we had no control over the delay. The customer's issue should be filed with Chrysler...

Customer has spoken with manager and a check was cut for the customer and their problems have been resolved.

Customer came in and spoke with the Finance Manager and resolved the customer's issues.

The Director of all of our service departments will be contacting the customer.
