Review: I purchased a vehicle with Thrift Auto Sales on 8/24/15. My bank gave me a loan to purchase the car. At the time of the purchase Thrift Auto Sales gave me a temporary registration and plate for 30 days. They said they would call me when my actual real plates arrive. As of today I have not received my plates and I called the DMV and they told me that the dealer had a suspended license when they sold me the car. I go to the dealer and it says that they will be indefinitely closed. I have purchased the vehicle properly and I need my title so I can register it with the DMV.Desired Settlement: Please send me the Title of the vehicle I have purchased so that I can register the car properly.

Review: I bought a Mercedes CLS 550 on 9/7/13 with a warranty for $2,600. I received a letter from the warranty company dated 9/18/13 that they will not warranty my car. I immediately contacted Thrift Auto to refund the amount plus the tax (i.e., 7%) I paid. I was told that the funds would go to the bank I financed with. It is now 11/7/13 and after numerous calls and emails, the bank has still no received the check and I have not recieved an answer as to when they will be paid. I continue to pay interest on the amount of $2,782.Desired Settlement: The amount of $2,782 should be paid to my bank immediately.

Review: I was not able to close a deal with the purchase of a vehicle from this business, so I visited the dealership and requested the return of my deposit to my bank and the return of the title of my car that was supposed to be a part of the original deal. This request originally was done about three weeks ago, and last week, I finally received my deposit into my account. I have not yet received my title because, as it was explained to me about three weeks ago, it was sent to the DMV for a change over to the business, done prematurely because the deal was never finalized by me. It was only today, Monday, February 10, 2014, that the person that handles the title issues for this business was alerted about the return of the title to me. This is unacceptable, and feel that [redacted], the dealer I was doing business with directly, and other members of staff have not taken me seriously in regards to this issue, and have not dealt with this situation with the degree of urgency it deserves. I'm looking for the prompt return of my title, which belongs to my 2001 Nissan Maxima GLE. Thank you in regards to solving this problem and taking time in reading this complaint.Desired Settlement: I would like the prompt return of my title.
