I needed a refrigerator door bin replacementYour price was half of the average of other options availableI just wanted to contact you and let you know how pleased I was with the easy transaction from ordering to receiving the packageIt was pretty quick delivery, too! Despite my diligent research and verification that the part # I ordered was appropriate for my appliance, the part did not workI returned the part to Thrifty at my expenseThey refunded the cost of the part but not their or my shipping costThey (politely) refused to refund the shipping cost when I asked them to do so again, and they directed me toward their policies (fine print)Unsatisfactory

The product, a Whirlpool Refrigerator Door Bin replacement at half the price, arrived as scheduled, was installed, and fit perfectly

Sent out wrong parts would not supply return shipping plus percent restocking, plus if factory packaging open no credit will be given...to top things off citi visa credit card would not take it off because I would not pay for shipping back..what a fraud

I tried to place an online order and the site would not take me to the checkout I used the online chat and chatted with Ashley who was very helpful and made it a pleasant experience placing my order

I purchased a washing machine pump and it turned out to be the wrong part The part was NEVER installed I then purchased a second pump I tried to return the first part and was told that the part had been installed and that it was damaged The supposed proof was a picture of a damaged part, that was not even my part
This company lied about the condition of the part that I returned I will never, ever, purchase a part from this company again They are dishonest and misrepresent facts They offered me a 10% discount on future purchases - what a joke
I will be posting this message on social websites to warn others that this is not a reputable company

I've ordered twice from this company Shipping is quick and it's the right part
Both are very important things now-a-days and it's hard to find companies that do

We have ordered the frigidaire oven thermostat replacement part after speaking with customer representativeWhen we received the part and tried to install it in the oven, it didn't even fit inWe have contacted the company and explained that they have suggested the wrong partThey have advised us to put it back in the box and ship it to them for a refundAfter two months not hearing anything back from the company, we have contacted them again and they are claiming that the part was used and we cannot get our refundHow can we use the part that didn't even fit in the oven? It was new, not used part that we have returnedWe have not received any statement from the company showing the results of their "examination" of the part to determine if it was used or notI would not recommend this company to ANYONEPOOR business!!!!!!!!!
