The part took 3 weeks to get I paid 10 dollars extra to have 2 day shipping. Very slow service to top it off they did not have part in stock on there website and charged extra to get an OEM part was charged 19.00 more than what was originally quoted

We apologize again for the inconvenience and frustration Ms. [redacted] has experienced in this situation. We do hope that it is understood that we must abide by standard policy from our Parts Distributor. Although our parts distributor has denied us any credit for the gasket returned, I would like to offer a Store Credit as a courtesy. We are out the cost of this gasket, however, I do understand the frustration that has been caused regarding this return. Since the original transaction is over 1 year in age, our processor will not allow a refund on this as the time frame has passed, however, an in store credit can easily be processed. This Credit would never expire and could be used towards any purchase on our site. Should the customer find this a suitable resolution, I will ensure that this In Store Credit is processed immediately. I look forward to their response in this so we can work together towards a resolution.

J[redacted] here. I ordered a drain pump for our LG washer. All was well until I saw that the shipment was being returned to the shipper after a four day transit. I chatted with Ashley at Thrifty, and then realized I had inadvertently put a zero instead of a nine in my address. She comforted me, and made sure it was corrected, and we awaited for the shipment to reuturn. As soon as it arrived she made sure it was resent. I confirmed this morning. Ashley and Thrifty are an example to online retailers to provide the best customer service. Thank you Ashley and Thrifty. I would recommend purchases items from this business without hesitation.

Unfortunately Ms. [redacted]’s order was delayed one (1) business day. In cases such as this when a customer does not receive an order in the time frame they paid for, Our Company refunds the customer the difference between the shipping option they paid for. Thrifty Appliance Parts has refunded [redacted] a $12.00 refund for the difference in Express shipping (2-3 Business Days).

I received a message that you closed the complaint & there was no place for me to respond to you. You had the outcome of the complaint wrong. I wanted to return the item to Thrifty Appliances & they kept refusing to give me a return authorization. I would be happy to explain this further if you would have given me a place to respond in your last 2 communications being 6/16/2016 & 6/27/2016. Even though you closed this complaint it was not resolved. I tried everything I could to resolve it but Thrifty Appliance refused to allow the item return!

Great price fast shipping part fit

My experience: BUYER BEWARE, Shipping was a big disappointment. I initially paid for the 1-2 Day $22 shipping premium. I got the run a round from customer service, none of the 3 company people really knew what was going on or claimed they could do anything about it. Communication is difficult with this business because they only communicate through a Chat platform and don't provide (or at least by my account) the resources to employees to actually solve anything. It's a failing business model in my opinion.

This case was closed as unresolved as our company could not come to any agreement with the customer and the customer refused to return the item for a refund. I have looked further into the issue this customer has had an have decided to fulfill his original desired settlement. We will not need the gasket back, but I have provided a refund on his Credit Card in the amount of $46.25 as of 06/16/2016. This was processed on Transaction Tag [redacted] at 11:19am EST.

The resolution was a restatement of what the business originally offered before complaint was filed.  I do not want an in-store credit.  I would never chance making future purchases from this business.  I do not wish to keep going round and round about this issue.  The business should reread original complaint as to why a replacement part or in-store credit would be completely useless.

They are right when they stated a full refund was provided. However my complaint with them was that they never told me of the "national back order" of the part.  I was told 3 different times that the part was due in 5 -6 days.  If they had told me the truth, I would have tried to order it elsewhere.  I finally cancelled the order and on the same day I was able to reorder from a different supplier and had the part in my hands three days later at a lesser cost. So, I guess I made out okay but having a broken dishwasher door through the holidays was not ideal.  Please inform them that a simple apology and the truth would have been better than stringing it out and would have avoided this complaint.

Mr. [redacted] placed an order with our company on June 17th, 2015 for one (1) WR24X436 GE Refrigerator Freezer Door Gasket Replacement - ERWR24X436 and one (1) WR24X435 GE Refrigerator Door Gasket Replacement - ERWR24X435. This order was processed and was shipped on June 19th, 2015 with FedEx Tracking...

number [redacted]. This was delivered on 06/25/2015 per the tracking information. We were first contacted by Mr. [redacted] on 07/12/2015; 17 days after the items were received. He notified us that the gaskets received were not fitting correctly on his unit. Our customer service attempted to assist him with installation instructions for these 2 gaskets as they can be difficult to install. After installation instructions were provided, Mr. [redacted] proceeded to let us know that the wrong parts had been sent. Per our Company policy (listed below): Damaged / Incorrect / Missing Items If your order was damaged, is incorrect or is missing an item(s), please notify customer service within 10 days of receiving your order. If we do not notate your account within 10 days we cannot guarantee that we will be able to offer you a replacement order. For any incorrect items sent, we must have that information within 10 days of receipt to issue a replacement. Regardless of policy, our customer service attempted to get more information from Mr. [redacted] regarding the parts received to have the issue resolved immediately. Photos of the items as well as the pick ticket for this order were requested in order to further assist Mr. [redacted] in getting the correct items sent out to him. After Mr. [redacted] refused to send any more information on this order, there was no further contact from him until this complaint. If Mr. [redacted] would still like to return the one (1) WR24X436 GE Refrigerator Freezer Door Gasket Replacement - ERWR24X436 and one (1) WR24X435 GE Refrigerator Door Gasket Replacement - ERWR24X435 we would be willing to accept these back uninstalled. If Mr. [redacted] wishes to do so, we ask that he makes sure to write RA# RAtp30139969snd on the outside of the package where it is visible. Upon receiving both gaskets returned, we will then be able to issue Mr. [redacted] a credit for one (1) WR24X436 GE Refrigerator Freezer Door Gasket Replacement - ERWR24X436 and one (1) WR24X435 GE Refrigerator Door Gasket Replacement - ERWR24X435 per our standard return policy. I ordered a replacement door bin for my frig. The price was reasonable, the delivery was prompt and the piece fit! Win-win-win!!!

As an inexperienced 'online purchaser', This was extremely easy & quick delivery! I spent a couple week wasting Gas, Energy & time trying to find a simple Oven Heating Element. Googled it Saturday - Was Baking by Wednesday noon!!! Thank Y'all so much!

I never used this company before and was trying to find replacement parts for my 12 year old refrigerator. All parts look alike on the internet photos. A kind woman named Ashley was on thirty' slice chat and helped me navigate the confusing world of refrigerator replacement parts online. Although her own company for which she worked did not have the two parts I needed, she managed to locate them for me elsewhere. Ashley was super. Really top notch.

Please respond here ONLY] First of all Thrifty did NOT have a 10 day contact clause in their return policy before I ordered the parts. I read the return policy prior to ordering & the 90 day return policy was a big reason why I ordered from them because I knew I would not be replacing the gaskets immediately. Second, through all the corrospondance they never once mentioned the 10 day contact clause. I firmly believe this was added after this ordeal. Third, they had me deal with alleged multiple people in alleged multiple departments asking for anything they could imagine to ask for. I have attached the email corrospondance for you to read. You can read for yourself that this is clearly a stall tactic. The different things they are asking for is actually not for me but for them to work out with their vendor such as measuring the gasket in question, etc. I ordered replacement gaskets for a certain make & model refridgerator/freezer. One gasket fit correctly & the other did NOT! According to their return policy that I read prior to purchasing their gaskets, all I had to do was contact them for an RMA and send the part back that I didn't want/need. The gasket in question looked fine, it could be just a little short. The exact specs & measurements are not for me to determine. I replaced the freezer door gasket with no problem & it fit correctly. The fridge door gasket did not fit & I was not going to fight with it & take the chance of damaging it so they wouldn't accept the return. All I was requesting was a prepaid return label (because this gasket does not fit the door) and an RMA so I could return gasket.   Note: If the attachment of the emails does not open please advise me so I can resend them. They clearly speak for themself that they are nothing more than a stall tactic.Regards,[redacted]
