No Refunds Period. Even if Venue is CLOSED.
Last February we planned a Disneyland trip for April and I purchased the Disneyland Tickets. They were good through December 31,2020. Of course the trip was cancelled by the Hotel and the Airlines which refunded everything (even the non refundable airlines did). Naturally it was the right thing to do. So I contacted Ticket Monster for my refund. No refunds period! But Disneyland is closed I said. No Exceptions! But I can't even go there 8 months later. Disneyland is still closed! No Refunds Period! How about extending the deadline I thought? NO changes Period. So now I am out $800! Stay away from them. Any one putting profits ahead of doing the right thing in this Covid-19 environment should be avoided. Don't throw your money away like I did. Always buy tickets from a reputable ticket reseller. I am a little surprised that the State of Florida hasn't closed them down yet.

Ticket Monster received the above-referenced customer complaint and appreciates the opportunity to respondPlease be advised that the section listed for the parking passes is not a section listed in the seating map of the stadium which clearly shows that these were not admission tickets to the gameIn addition, the parking passes stated additional comments that these were parking passesFurthermore, our Terms and Conditions states the following “The seating chart on our website is included as a convenience and is shown to provide a general view of the venue in accordance with the information we have received, which may or may not be accurateIt is your responsibility to confirm the exact location in the venue of the tickets we offer” ? In addition, this is the link to our site [redacted] The customer purchased two parking passes and our company successfully delivered the merchandise to the customerThe parking passes were clearly stated on our site that they were not admissions to the gameFurthermore, the passes did not provide a section or row for any seating in the stadium? ? In addition, prior to placing an order on our site each customer has the opportunity to review cart detailsCustomers have to select an option that states they agree to our Terms and Conditions before an order is placedPlease see statements below:“I agree to Ticket Monster User Agreement and acknowledge that:All sales are final (double check the event DATE and LOCATION)I may be ordering tickets above or below face value and cannot cancel or change my order once I place it.”The customer purchased parking passes which Ticket Monster deliveredIn addition, the customer did in fact agree to Terms and Conditions prior to placing the order which states that all sales are finalIn conclusion, Ticket Monster has acted in good faith and followed company protocol? Order cancelled - TWICE! I ordered tickets to the 2020 NHL Winter Classic on the Ticket Monster website. Later that day, I received an email from Ticket Monster indicating my tickets were cancelled because the seller could not meet its obligation. I then reordered tickets on Ticket Monster for different seats (now much more expensive), only to have my order cancelled AGAIN – this time LESS THAN 3 HOURS BEFORE THE GAME STARTED. Ticket Monster was unwilling to provide replacement tickets, so we ended up missing the entire event. Although they promised a refund, our day was ruined due to this unprofessional and unreliable company. I do NOT recommend using Ticket Monster.

Additionally, before placing the order, the customer agreed to the Terms and Conditions reg***ing our cancellation policy, which states "Ticket Monster reserves the right to cancel and refund the buyer's order at any time for any reason".As for ticket delivery, Ticket Monster reserves the right to deliver tickets for any order as late as one (1) hour prior to the event and in most cases, tickets are delivered 1-weeks before the event, as was told to the customer and referenced in the complaint.?
