We tried to get documentation from the venue and were denied becuase its in a different state and past the game date by a monthThey have no way of giving us documentationAll we have is a Email from ticketmonster stating our tickets were cancled on the day of the event right when we tried to use the tickets If we do not get our money back, we will turn to the courts to get it backWe did not pay $just to be denied entry

While it says the May he above face value they also state they protect against scalping which at over a %profit it is definitely scalpingThe tickets are being sold for dollars which because I was mislead to think they were main seller for event I didn't know at the time but I was scalped paying over a ticket for a dollar ticketThey promise they prescreen and protect consumers but refused to do anything about the scalping

Ticket Monster appreciates the opportunity to respondAs a secondary ticket reseller, Ticket Monster guarantees that once an order is confirmed, the customer will receive the tickets they ordered or tickets for seats as good as what was purchased Initially, on July *, at 8:AM the customer
purchased two tickets for $Ticket Monster was unable to secure the exact inventory that was requested, but was able to offer an immediate substitutionThe customer amicably agreed to the substitution shortly after the order was placed, for the exact same pricePlease reference the attached order confirmation email showing the amount agreed to before placing the orderTicket Monster did not charge the customer any more than what was agreed to at the time of purchase Ticket Monster does not appreciate the fraudulent accusations being portrayed. Based on the proof provided, we would highly suggest the Revdex.com remove this post from their site

I have already expressed my discontent with Ticket Monster's attitude towards its customersThe clause from Terms and conditions that is repeatedly being referred to is applied in a draconian way; it can be abused to extended lengths and this is exactly why I am reaching out through Revdex.com to dispute the issueIf this meager response is all Ticket Monster is willing to provide, I will make sure to avoid using this service and will let everyone else know as well

As can be seen quite plainly, the "club" section of the stadium illuminates when hovering over one of these CVM listings, indicating that they are for admission to that area of the stadiumYou guys allowed fraudulent listings onto your site and are doubling down when presented with evidenceYou're wrong and empowered a fraud artist through carelessness diligence to monitoring your site. How does this not resonate with Ticket Monster or the Revdex.com?

steps in place where the customer must review the order, enter their billing information, and accept the terms and conditions before placing an order. Ticket Monster's Terms and Conditions state "There are no refunds, withdraws, exchanges, or cancellations on any requests, orders, or purchases once they have been submitted to us." We apologize that the customer was not completely satisfied with their purchase, however, Ticket Monster acted in accordance with the procedures in our Terms and ConditionsThank you for the opportunity to respond and please do not hesitate to contact Ticket Monster with any additional questions

Additionally, before placing the order, the customer agreed to the Terms and Conditions reg***ing our cancellation policy, which states "Ticket Monster reserves the right to cancel and refund the buyer's order at any time for any reason".As for ticket delivery, Ticket Monster reserves the right to deliver tickets for any order as late as one (1) hour prior to the event and in most cases, tickets are delivered 1-weeks before the event, as was told to the customer and referenced in the complaint. As per the e-mail I received from the owner of Ticket Monster on 6/**/17, he stated that he will find me two new tickets on Saturday, 11/**/17, or Friday, 11/**/night's concert. I received my original e-mail dated on 1/*/17, congratulating me that I had my two concert tickets reserved and that I would be receiving my tickets, "guaranteed and not to worry." As I stated previously, I am expecting to receive two adjacent seats for the Bruno Mars concert at the Forum, with tickets at least comparable or better for Saturday, 11/**/or Friday, 11/**/17. I am not interested in the current refund amount, as it would be insufficient to pay for the current going rate of the tickets that are comparable or better to the original ones I purchased
