convenience of locating premium and other tickets that are difficult to find or sold out via primary distribution channels such as Ticketmaster or the venue box officeTickets posted on our resale marketplace, Ticket Monster, are supplied by pre-screened, professional resellers, as well as individual resellers unable to use their seatsResellers list these tickets at market value, which may be well above the price printed on the face of the ticketThe market value price for a ticket is quite volatile, and is typically determined by many factors including seat location, supply and demand, date and location of event, etcTicket Monster may occasionally combine the ticket price, service fees and shipping charges, to include in one upfront list price.” Please visit ? *** for our Terms and Conditions.Before every customer places an order, they have to agree to statements listed below:“I agree to Ticket Monster User Agreement and acknowledge that:All sales are final (double check the event DATE and LOCATION)I may be ordering tickets above or below face value and cannot cancel or change my order once I place it.”The customer did in fact agree to Terms and Conditions prior to placing the orderWhich clearly states that the tickets may be above face value.In conclusion, Ticket Monster has followed the company’s protocol and has acted in good faith? The customer fraudulently submitted a chargeback with their bank disputing this orderOnce the dispute was finalized and closed in our favor, Ticket Monster refunded the customer a total of $with a 25% restocking fee deducted from the total price paid

Ticket Monster appreciates the opportunity to respond.? Ticket Monster guarantees that once an order is confirmed, the customer will receive the tickets they ordered or tickets for seats as good as the seats in the section or area they ordered, or we will refund 100% of the cost of the tickets
The customer called Ticket Monster on 11/**/at 6:42pm and agreed to the substitute tickets offered; two tickets for Section: Row: Shortly after, Ticket Monster emailed the customer E-tickets to download and print (all done prior to the event)As per our Terms & Conditions, "it is the customer's responsibility to call and check on their order"We are sorry the customer is not completely satisfied but our actions are in accordance to the Terms listed on our site.?

Here are the terms and conditions on our website, which the customer agreed to when they bought their tickets from us? Unfortunately due to the nature of our business, time changes, venue changes and date changes can occur? Note that the date of that posting is February **, Meanwhile, I have purchased my tickets from Ticket Monster on March ** At that time, Ticket Monster still claimed the show is being held in Bill G*** Civic Auditorium, and the email I have received confirming my purchase lists Bill G*** Civic Auditorium as the venueTherefore, they were advertising the show on the basis of outdated informationI'd like to once again point out that Bill G*** Civic Auditorium is a much bigger venue and provides a different experienceI am wondering what was Ticket Monster's motive to keep promoting show listing the wrong venue long after the show was moved

The email Ticket Monster has attached is not from the initial purchase, which was for $As I stated in my complaint, they never sent us a confirmation email until AFTER they had called my husband and offered the replacement tickets, which cost $instead of $80, which we were unaware of and had not been informed ofWe have no way of proving our point since Ticket Monster very cleverly waited to send the confirmation email out until after they had called and spoken with my husbandThey did send a $coupon but that would not have made up the differenceInteresting that other people have had various problems with Ticket MonsterSadly this company is going to get away with this since they make sure there is no way the customer can prove and different

Per the terms and conditions listed on our site, “Ticket Monster requires proof from venue or box office as to the specific issue the customer had with the inventoryIt is the buyer's responsibility to obtain a letter describing the issue from the venue or the box office along with an individual's contact information.” Pending the circumstances, Ticket Monster will be refunding the customer 80% of the total amount despite the customer not being able to provide any documentation.?

We clearly state on our website and in our Terms & Conditions that all sales are final and we do not issue refundsHowever, we always try to go above and beyond to ensure our customers are happy and we made an exception in this case and provided the customer with a refundWe value our

As can be seen quite plainly, the "club" section of the stadium illuminates when hovering over one of these CVM listings, indicating that they are for admission to that area of the stadiumYou guys allowed fraudulent listings onto your site and are doubling down when presented with evidenceYou're wrong and empowered a fraud artist through carelessness diligence to monitoring your site.?
