Ticket Monster has received the customer's above-referenced complaint and appreciates the opportunity to respondTicket Monster operates on the secondary market as the intermediary between the original ticket purchaser and the end customerUnfortunately, we were not able to secure the exact
inventory purchased so Ticket Monster reached out to the customer seeing if they would accept substitute tickets as well as additional compensation for the inconvenience. The customer amicably agreed to the substitution for the same price ticketsThe customer was only charged once for this order; a total of $which was the original amount agreed to at the time of purchase. We apologize that the customer was not completely satisfied with their purchase, however Ticket Monster's actions were in accordance with the Terms and Conditions listed on our site

[Your Answer Here]
Nowhere on any documentation during or after purchase is it indicated that I'm not allowed admission with theseIn fact, it clearly states, "general admission"Anything less than a refund is unacceptable at this point as their listing clearly didn't indicate that these weren't tickets that would allow for admissionWhile purchasing the tickets, they show a diagram of the stadium only, no reference to a lot or deck nearly a mile awayThey absolutely did not in clear enough terms indicate that I was buying parking passes.

The customer fraudulently submitted a chargeback with their bank disputing this orderOnce the dispute was finalized and closed in our favor, Ticket Monster refunded the customer a total of $with a 25% restocking fee deducted from the total price paid

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
[Your Answer Here]TicketMonster's term "fraudulently" requested a chargeback would imply that a chargeback was requested with the intention of obtaining refund but still using the tickets for freeBut do not confuse the facts of this case. The chargeback was requested because the charge for the tickets ($261) was more than three times the face value ($80), which seemed exorbitant even when considering any handling fees for the original transaction. However, when called, the TicketMonster customer service department was not willing to explain or discuss. Therefore, my credit card company offered to inquire. However, TicketMonster still refused to cooperate, instead refused any refund, but still cancelled the tickets and chose not to notify me of such action. Thus, I went to the concert venue in good faith with tickets that I had paid for but only to find they were unusable because TicketMonster had resold them to another party. If TicketMonster was not moving forward with the refund, then don't cancel the tickets. Simple.Had TicketMonster been more focused on providing customer service, had TicketMonster focused on providing a positive experience for the customer, had TicketMonster not resold tickets that I had already paid for, had TicketMonster not failed to notify me that the tickets were resold, and had TicketMonster not failed to follow through with the refund when they said they would (re: made this promise after the concert date had passed with promised refund date by 8/**/17), this conversation would not still be going on. And then to be bold enough to charge a "restocking fee" for a service the consumer could not even use on the date of the venue without prior notification is purely further showing that customer service and the customer experience are not a priority. Traditionally speaking, the essence of a restocking fee was to facilitate the repackaging of an item for reselling to another customer in its original condition. TicketMonster in this case resold the tickets before the issue was even resolved with the original consumer (me) so charging a restocking fee seems unreasonable on any level

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
[Your Answer Here]Here is a link to a webpage pointing out that the show has moved to the Fox Theater venue: *** Note that the date of that posting is February **, Meanwhile, I have purchased my tickets from Ticket Monster on March ** At that time, Ticket Monster still claimed the show is being held in Bill G*** Civic Auditorium, and the email I have received confirming my purchase lists Bill G*** Civic Auditorium as the venueTherefore, they were advertising the show on the basis of outdated informationI'd like to once again point out that Bill G*** Civic Auditorium is a much bigger venue and provides a different experienceI am wondering what was Ticket Monster's motive to keep promoting show listing the wrong venue long after the show was moved

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
As per the e-mail I received from the owner of Ticket Monster on 6/**/17, he stated that he will find me two new tickets on Saturday, 11/**/17, or Friday, 11/**/night's concert. I received my original e-mail dated on 1/*/17, congratulating me that I had my two concert tickets reserved and that I would be receiving my tickets, "guaranteed and not to worry." As I stated previously, I am expecting to receive two adjacent seats for the Bruno Mars concert at the Forum, with tickets at least comparable or better for Saturday, 11/**/or Friday, 11/**/17. I am not interested in the current refund amount, as it would be insufficient to pay for the current going rate of the tickets that are comparable or better to the original ones I purchased
