The customer is then required to enter their billing/shipping information, phone number, email address and to accept the Terms and Conditions listed. The order is submitted once the customer clicks the Place Order button located at the button of the order detail page, which is an electronic signature of the customer placing the order. The customer agreed to the Terms and Conditions which state All Sales Are Final when purchasing tickets on our site. We apologize that the customer is not completely satisfied, however Ticket Monster's actions are in accordance with the Terms and Conditions listed. purchased two tickets for $182.00. Ticket Monster was unable to secure the exact inventory that was requested, but was able to offer an immediate substitution. The customer amicably agreed to the substitution shortly after the order was placed, for the exact same price. Please reference the attached order confirmation email showing the amount agreed to before placing the order. Ticket Monster did not charge the customer any more than what was agreed to at the time of purchase. Ticket Monster does not appreciate the fraudulent accusations being portrayed.  Based on the proof provided, we would highly suggest the Revdex.com remove this post from their site.

While Ticket Monster always does our best to find the cheapest options for our customers, the market price is determined by the vendors and is not something that Ticket Monster controls. Before placing an order on our site, Ticket Monster requires every customer to acknowledge that the tickets they are purchasing may be above or below face value.
