require proof from the venue that the tickets were not valid and then submit that proof to the vendorOnce the vendor investigates, they respond and let us know what the result will beTicket Monster acts as the mediator and when issues such as this arise, we work our best to resolve the matter in a timely mannerWe require our vendor to respond to us within business days with a resolution once proof is provided.We apologize? for this experience as we would never want this to happen to any of our customers.? Ticket Monster received the above-referenced customer complaint and appreciates the opportunity to respond. Please be advised that the section listed for the parking passes is not a section listed in the seating map of the stadium which clearly shows that these were not admission tickets to the game. In addition, the parking passes stated additional comments that these were parking passes. Furthermore, our Terms and Conditions states the following “The seating chart on our website is included as a convenience and is shown to provide a general view of the venue in accordance with the information we have received, which may or may not be accurate. It is your responsibility to confirm the exact location in the venue of the tickets we offer. ”  In addition, this is the link to our site [redacted]. The customer purchased two parking passes and our company successfully delivered the merchandise to the customer. The parking passes were clearly stated on our site that they were not admissions to the game. Furthermore, the passes did not provide a section or row for any seating in the stadium.   In addition, prior to placing an order on our site each customer has the opportunity to review cart details. Customers have to select an option that states they agree to our Terms and Conditions before an order is placed. Please see statements below:“I agree to Ticket Monster User Agreement and acknowledge that:All sales are final (double check the event DATE and LOCATION)I may be ordering tickets above or below face value and cannot cancel or change my order once I place it.”The customer purchased parking passes which Ticket Monster delivered. In addition, the customer did in fact agree to Terms and Conditions prior to placing the order which states that all sales are final. The email Ticket Monster has attached is not from the initial purchase, which was for $80. As I stated in my complaint, they never sent us a confirmation email until AFTER they had called my husband and offered the replacement tickets, which cost $182 instead of $80, which we were unaware of and had not been informed of. We have no way of proving our point since Ticket Monster very cleverly waited to send the confirmation email out until after they had called and spoken with my husband. They did send a $25 coupon but that would not have made up the difference. Interesting that other people have had various problems with Ticket Monster. Sadly this company is going to get away with this since they make sure there is no way the customer can prove and different.

compensation than stated in the Terms and Conditions. Additionally, before placing the order, the customer agreed to the Terms and Conditions reg[redacted]ing our cancellation policy, which states "Ticket Monster reserves the right to cancel and refund the buyer's order at any time for any reason".As for ticket delivery, Ticket Monster reserves the right to deliver tickets for any order as late as one (1) hour prior to the event and in most cases, tickets are delivered 1-2 weeks before the event, as was told to the customer and referenced in the complaint. Ticket Monster will do its best to assist the customer. Please do not hesitate to contact Ticket Monster with any additional questions or comments.

[Your Answer Here]TicketMonster's term "fraudulently" requested a chargeback would imply that a chargeback was requested with the intention of obtaining refund but still using the tickets for free. But do not confuse the facts of this case.  The chargeback was requested because the charge for the tickets ($261) was more than three times the face value ($80), which seemed exorbitant even when considering any handling fees for the original transaction.  However, when called, the TicketMonster customer service department was not willing to explain or discuss.  Therefore, my credit card company offered to inquire.  However, TicketMonster still refused to cooperate, instead refused any refund, but still cancelled the tickets and chose not to notify me of such action.  Thus, I went to the concert venue in good faith with tickets that I had paid for but only to find they were unusable because TicketMonster had resold them to another party.  If TicketMonster was not moving forward with the refund, then don't cancel the tickets.  Simple.Had TicketMonster been more focused on providing customer service, had TicketMonster focused on providing a positive experience for the customer, had TicketMonster not resold tickets that I had already paid for, had TicketMonster not failed to notify me that the tickets were resold, and had TicketMonster not failed to follow through with the refund when they said they would (re: made this promise after the concert date had passed with promised refund date by 8/**/17), this conversation would not still be going on.  And then to be bold enough to charge a "restocking fee" for a service the consumer could not even use on the date of the venue without prior notification is purely further showing that customer service and the customer experience are not a priority.  Traditionally speaking, the essence of a restocking fee was to facilitate the repackaging of an item for reselling to another customer in its original condition.  TicketMonster in this case resold the tickets before the issue was even resolved with the original consumer (me) so charging a restocking fee seems unreasonable on any level.

The OVERPRICED tickets that were sold to me turned out to be INVALID tickets because they were sold to multiple parties.  This is no longer about the fine print regarding your improper pricing strategies. It's about not even providing the product your customer OVERpaid for.
