I purchased a hoodie for $40 in JANUARY OF 2017 and I have STILL not received my package OR a refund yet have emailed the company multiple times. Absolute trash customer service and absolute scammers. Very disappointing and will be spreading the word about this awful company. If I could give negative starts I would.

the refund has never been issued and they do not respond to email very often.  In previous communication they indicated that they do not have  a phone number so communication is limited to e-mail.

 This company sent an email 1/**/16 stating they would send the product "ASAP" product was never mailed to my home and I never received anything so I also made a complaint with [redacted] and they were able refund me back my money after their investigation this company should not be allowed to do business online

 The business contacted me on March ** stating that the order has been shipped and the delay was due to changing office locations. However, it is now April ** and I have yet to recieve the order.
