Review: On November [redacted] I ordered merchandise from The Dye Closet. They charged my debit card and sent me an email stating it would ship in two weeks. It was to be a Christmas gift. I emailed them a few times before Christmas asking where the pillow was and kept getting told it was in the process of shipping. When it didn't arrive in time for Christmas I asked for a refund. After a few more e-mails they finally answered and said would I like a phone case for my inconvenience. I said no. Just give me a refund. They said they would post the refund and I never heard back from them til today when they refused to issue the refund. I have kept all the emails. I read the other complaints. It always seems to be a shipping issue. I do not want re pillow I want a refund.Desired Settlement: I want the money back.

Review: After contacting them that I did not receive my order, they insisted it was shipping on a certain date. When that failed to happen, I contacted them again to be told the order would ship out soon. It has been over a month and I still have not received my items or a refund. Also, when other customers complained that they never received their orders via [redacted], they would delete the comments. They are a fraudulent business!!

Review: First... there is no phone number or address for the internet order site. My 12 year old daughter, bought a cell phone case with her own money, and used my husbands credit card (with his assistance/permission). It said 1-2 weeks delivery. It has been MONTHS. I have made SEVERAL requests for status update. First, I was told that they had 'manufacturing' issues. Then, I was told it shipped. Then I was told there was tracking on it, but when I asked for it, they would not provide it.... asked a few times for it. I have received NO communication since then. I have asked SEVERAL times for additional updates, then asked simply for a REFUND, since now we have purchased a new case, which arrived within 1 week. I have asked for a refund with NO response.Desired Settlement: I simply want the return of my 12 year olds money. :(

Review: I ordered a product on November **, 2014 and still have not received the item. They charged my charge card on 11/** without shipping the product. I have emailed 3 times, the first time they said they were running behind, but have not answered my second & third email. There is no address or listed on their website. I tried calling the phone number on my credit card and it is full and not taking messages. I looked up reviews on this company and several people have complained and said the website is a scam - they take your money & never deliver the products.

I called my credit card company today and registered a disputeDesired Settlement: I would like a refund. I have already filed a dispute with my credit card company.

I would also like the company to be investigated to see if they are actually a legit company and are actually filling orders received.

Review: I ordered two phone cases on October **, 2015. The total of the order was $32.00 and I was told 2-3 weeks delivery. It has now been over a month and I have not received my order. TieDyeCloset debited $32.00 from my account on 10/**/15. I have sent them an email asking for help with my order, but I have not received a response.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund if possible, however I am concerned this site is a scam so I would like to have my debit cards turned off ASAP. If I cannot get the funds put back onto my card or sent to me in another form I would like to receive the product that I ordered.

They replied at said shipping would be 1-2 weeks. 2 weeks later, I contacted them asking about my package again and got no response. 2 days later, I emailed them telling them I wanted a refund and I got no response. Review: I bought an iphone5 case on January [redacted] and it said I have 2-4 weeks until it would ship. But here on Febuary [redacted] Still haven't gotten anything. Ive tried to email them but I've gotten no response. Other comments have said its scam and it will take your money. And I believe this because I try to login to the same account I made and it said it wasn't correct. And there hasn't been an account alined with that email. Even though I got the email from there website saying the order has been confirmed.Desired Settlement: Give me my order

Review: I purchased items from this company on August *, 2015. I have still not received the items as of today (Oct *, 2015). I have contacted them via email multiple times, and left voicemail. They did respond to my email one time, stating that the order would be mailed to me within 2 weeks. That was about a month ago. I have contacted them several times since then, with no response.

Review: I have ordered my things the day after Black Friday. It never came and i've emailed them many times. They told me that they were sorry because they've had an enormous amount of product demands lately. A couple months go by and it still isnt here. They told me that they would email me the tracking number when it ships. So I asked for a refund and the company had emailed me back asking for my order number. I then emailed them my order number and never got an email back. I emailed them again asking how long it was going to take and they haven't responded. I would just like to get my money back because it's very frustrating.

Review: I ordered 3 items from this company on December [redacted] as a Christmas present, and have yet to receive these items. I have contacted the company several times via email to resolve this problem, and they have responded slowly with reasons as to why the shipment is taking so long. They even offered a complimentary cell phone case because of the delay. However, I have yet to receive the item. I emailed them twice asking for a refund, and they won't respond. Review: I ordered 4 products from this company December *, 2015. I have not received an information on shipping or a refund. This took the funds out of my account for the products. On December **, 2015 I sent an e-mail asking for information shipping or refund. I received an e-mail informing me that they were receiving a large amount of orders and I would receive shipping status in 2 weeks. My daughter posted a negative comment on tie dye closets Instagram page informing anyone that was going to order anything not to because they will not ship the items and take your money. Tie dye closet sent her a direct message asking for the order number and that the item will be shipped in two weeks. She asked for tracking information and they still have not replied. I sent numerous e-mails and did not receive a reply, but when I left a negative comment they direct messaged me telling me the same information that the items will be shipped in two weeks, but I did not give them my order number. They still have not refunded my money or sent the products.Desired Settlement: I would like my full refund

Review: Made a purchase 11/2015. Reached out to company three times regarding purchased item. Received an email December stating they would send order in 2 weeks it's been a month since that email and still nothing. I've also notified [redacted] to get my money back. I can't believe I've been waiting two months for this item.Desired Settlement: This company should not be selling products online. There are already 21 complaints on this company. Why haven't they been shut down? Future purchases I'll be sure to check Revdex.com prior to prevent something like this from happening again. I would also like a refund. Thank you.

This company sent an email 1/**/16 stating they would send the product "ASAP" product was never mailed to my home and I never received anything so I also made a complaint with [redacted] and they were able refund me back my money after their investigation this company should not be allowed to do business online

Review: I placed an order on 09/**/2015 for an Iphone case. It is now 10/**/2015 and I see have not received my product. I have reached out to this company multiple times and received only one response back. I was told on 09/**/2015 they would look into it and still no response. Review: I ordered my son a $17 iPhone case in November. This company quickly charged my account for the $17 and I still haven't received the phone case. I emailed company at Christmas since there was no phone number available on the website. I got an email several days later saying that the remaining products will be shipped soon and I would receive an email when it ships. I still have not received the phone case. I sent another email requesting that if they can't ship the phone case please refund my money...have yet to hear back from them.Desired Settlement: I would like either a refund or ship the product.

I placed an order through Tie Dye Closet's website on December **, 2015 (Order #[redacted]) for a hoodie and was charged $45 for the purchase. We have yet to receive the merchandise. Several emails have been sent to them for a status update, however, we haven't heard back from them.

Review: On June [redacted] 2015, my daughter ordered rainbow hoodie for $40. As of today we still haven't received the item. we have contacted the Tie Dye Closet site a number of times for status inquiry only to be told that it will be ready for shipment in 2 to 3 weeks. Now they will not respond to any inquiries at all. In one e-mail I requested a phone number to contact them direct only to be told they did not have a phone number. My credit card was charged on June [redacted] for a total of $64.38 (with exchange rate and conversion charge) and we have received nothing.Desired Settlement: We no longer want the item, only our money back.

Review: On Aug **, 2015 I ordered 2 items from this company, on September *, 2015 I emailed (the only form of contact you can have with this company) to check on the status of my order. It wasn't until September **, 2015 when they emailed me to say sorry for the delay, they recently had an influx of emails (probably due to people wondering where their stuff was) causing a communication delay and they would "look into" my order to give me an "estimated" delivery date. I never heard another word from them and on January *, 2016 I emailed them to tell them to cancel one item because we could no longer use it and I wanted a refund on that item and if they were not going to be able to send the other item, then just refund it as well. No response from company. On February **, 2016, I emailed again, copy and pasted the previous email along with their email from September **, and said that I had received nothing accept a lie for my money. On February **, 2016 I received an email stating my order had shipped and no changes could be made at this point...funny thing is, no changes can be made at any point after they receive your money!! You don't have any say in whether or not they send the items you paid for, can't stop the order, can't talk to anyone, nothing.Desired Settlement: I would like a complete refund of the 2 items cost sent to me since they were completely unsatisfactory and it was requested of them to refund the items in lieu of sending them. Six months is not an acceptable amount of time in which to receive purchased goods. Also, I should not have had to repeatedly contact the "company" just to get the stuff in the first place.
