 The company emailed me on September *,2015 @ 8:17pm and stated that my order will dispatch in about 1-2 weeks...

via [redacted] first class mail and a confirmation email will be went once the order is dispatched. That response is now almost 4 weeks ago and I still have not received my product or an email regarding delivery

I order $148 worth of merchandise on November [redacted], 2015. When I hadn't received the order by December [redacted], 2015 I tracked the order which was never even shipped! I contacted Tie Dye Closet on December [redacted], 2015 telling them if they couldn't have the order to me by December [redacted], 2015 to cancel the order as I needed the items by Christmas. On December [redacted], 2015 they responded by saying the order will ship shortly. I was not happy with this response and completely canceled the order. When I didn't see a credit on my credit card I emailed them again and they never responded. I couldn't find their phone number so I reported them to Revdex.com and disputed the charge with my credit card company. I found their page and [redacted] and found an abundance of posts stating the website is a scam and many people lost their money to them.

because:
Tie Dye Closet reached out to my daughter via [redacted] after my daughter advised a friend to not purchase from Tie Dye Closet and told them of her experience. Tie Dye then sent her a private message last week stating that she would receive her phone case in the mail this week. They also stated they had been emailing her communication which is not true as it is my email that was used for the order. As of yet the phone case has not been received.
