Review: It has been over a month and a two weeks and we have still not received our package. The first two weeks in when it did not show up we had sent them an email and they said that our package will take another one to two weeks. it has now been a month and two weeks and we have emailed them another time last week and they did not respond. I want my money back or I want my package as soon as possible.Desired Settlement: Please have the package to me as soon as possible or refund my money.

Review: We placed an order and paid in full on December [redacted]. We have still not received the order. We have contacted the business many times - at first they would respond saying that items were backordered and they were overwhelmed but were doing their best and promised that orders would be filled or they would offer a refund. They now do not respond at all - we have requested a refund many times over the past 2 weeks. Order #[redacted]Desired Settlement: We would like an immediate delivery of our order or a full refund.

Review: On October [redacted] my daughter (** year old [redacted]) found phone cases online that she wanted to purchase for her and a friend. I allowed her to do so with my credit card and e-mail address. She made two separate orders to Tie Dye Closet. I still have the two order confirmation e-mails and will forward them to whatever address the Revdex.com provides to me.

After hearing nothing I sent an e-mail on 11/**/2015 reminding Tie Dye Closet that we have received nothing and that I expect either the product or an update that day or I will file a Revdex.com complaint. (I have a copy of that e-mail if you would like)

They responded via e-mail on 12/**/2015 and said they were sorry and they are overwhelmed with orders and they need to hire more employees and they assured me that I will get what I paid for. They went on to say that our order is due to dispatch "very shortly via [redacted] first class mail". They stated I will receive a confirmation and tracking code via e-mail. (I have a copy of this e-mail too).

My credit card was used, but my 13 year old actually paid for these products. This company taught her an awful lesson. We ordered a kids product and the sad part about all of this is that they have probably done this time and time again to kids who have no idea how to even attempt to get their money back.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded immediately. Tie Dye Closet took the money out of my bank account that first day upon ordering. I beg you to force them to use the same urgency when returning my money to me. They have had my money for 61 days. Below is a cut and paste from my checking account. Please help us.

Review: I ordered merchandise from this company on 12/*/15. I have never received my merchandise. My checking account was debited on 12/*/15 in the amount of $75. I have attempted to contact this company several times via email, [redacted], and [redacted] per their website and still have not received any response. I called them at the phone number listed on this website, today and was not able to speak with anyone or even leave a voice mail.Desired Settlement: I would prefer to receive my the merchandise that I ordered, however if I do not receive it, I am requesting a full refund and I would like action to be taken against this company, to prevent them from remaining in business. There are many complaints about this company, for the same reasons. I feel that they have stolen my money.

Review: Ordered product in July 2015 and still have not received it. It is now almost January 2016Desired Settlement: I want product and they promised 2 free phone cases for the delay that I never received either.

That response is now almost 4 weeks ago and I still have not received my product or an email regarding delivery

I have ordered a $57 dollar purchase 2 weeks ago and I have not seen nor heard of it!

Review: I ordered a phone case for $12 USD and $10 USD for shipping on the 10/**/15 (UK date format) and have not received anything. I emailed [redacted] on 1/**/15 (UK date format) and was told my order was set for shipping in the next few days and would receive email confirmation of it's dispatch, but have not received anything (email or product). Reviews of the site all say it is a scam website. Order number [redacted]Desired Settlement: I require a full refund as soon as possible.

The company sent me 2 duplicate emails of a heavy influx of emails they have received and they are checking my order. I have sent emails and left a phone message for a return call. I am asking for a refund the cases are paid in full.Desired Settlement: I want a refund and want to prevent future customers from being scammed.

Review: I ordered several products from this company in November, 2015. I paid for my items but never received them. I have contacted the company several times but the issues has yet to be resolved.Desired Settlement: I believe the company should refund my money in full.

Review: I ordered a phone case on 10/**/15. It was never delivered. I have requested a refund and I still have not received it. I have gotten emails stating that the refund will be processed and telling me that I can't contact them by phone because they are too busy. I am extremely frustrated and I had just decided to forget about it because it's only $20 but I am tired of getting emails from the company telling me they'll process my refund, only to receive another email telling me they can't process the refund at this time because they're too busy but they will do it later. They don't list a phone number, so of course the customers can't call to see when items will be shipped. Review: 12/**/15 Ordered merchandise to give as xmas presents. Website said merch would arrive before xmas. Credit card was charged immediately. Xmas came and went and still did not receive items from tie-dye-closet. Status check of the order showed it still didn't ship out. There is no mailing address nor phone number with which to contact this "business," so could only send messages through the website's questionable contact menu. Finally got a response on 1/*/16 that they would let me know when my items will ship. Nothing happened so contacted them again through their website and said cancel order [redacted] and issue a refund. As of today, a month later, still haven't gotten word about my order, still haven't received a refund, and the status page still says "[redacted]. Come back to this page for updates on your shipment status." This business/website needs to be shut down to prevent further credit card fraud.Desired Settlement: Prevent this business from luring innocent teens into a trap to take their money.

I order $148 worth of merchandise on November [redacted], 2015. When I hadn't received the order by December [redacted], 2015 I tracked the order which was never even shipped! I contacted Tie Dye Closet on December [redacted], 2015 telling them if they couldn't have the order to me by December [redacted], 2015 to cancel the order as I needed the items by Christmas. On December [redacted], 2015 they responded by saying the order will ship shortly. I was not happy with this response and completely canceled the order. When I didn't see a credit on my credit card I emailed them again and they never responded. I couldn't find their phone number so I reported them to Revdex.com and disputed the charge with my credit card company. I found their page and [redacted] and found an abundance of posts stating the website is a scam and many people lost their money to them.

Review: My daughter is 15 and ordered clothing from this site. The goods never arrived and we have asked repeatedly for a refund of her money. Sometimes we get an email saying this will be paid back soon but this never happens. We have lost faith she will see her money again. These were presents she ordered for Christmas and this is basically theft from a child. Poor communication and we do not trust them to refund us at all.Desired Settlement: We can provide order numbers for the goods.
