Review: I placed an order with Tye Dye Closte on November **, 2015 hoping to receive the orders as Christmas gifts. A couple of weeks later I emailed them inquiring on my phone cases, they took several days to reply. The customer service they provide is terrible and unhelpful. They sent me an email on December **, 2015 saying they should be shipping my cases in a couple weeks or I will receive a full refund. I keep tryin to email them and the reply with the same response saying they will ship in just a couple weeks. It has been 2 months since I placed my order and I feel as if they took my money with no intentions of sending me anything. I really would like my money back and am hoping you can help.Desired Settlement: I would just like my money back for this order.

Review: On June **, 2015, I purchased and Item for $30

On July [redacted], I contacted the company to inquire about my item, and their response was that it was ready to dispatch in less than 2 weeks.

I contacted them again several times in August, and I have had no response from them.

I looked into a scam page where I found their business, and I wrote to them there, and their response was that I should contact them at [redacted] for a full refund. I wrote an email to that address and my email was returned as a failure to deliver email due to "no mx or a records for [redacted]

Frustrated I visited their [redacted] page and [redacted] page, and I wrote a comment about them being a scam webpage, and people to beware, and they immediately block me from their account.Desired Settlement: All I want is a complete refund . I do not want the item.

Review: I placed an order for a product on October *, 2015. To date I have not received this order. I have emailed through the Contact section of the website three times with absolutely no response. This was a birthday gift for a birthday in October and it is still not here. There is no contact phone number to call the company to check on the order.Desired Settlement: I would like the order delivered or my money refunded.

I emailed the company on Nov. ** because my order had not yet shipped and I asked if I would not be receiving my product by Christmas I wanted a refund. They responded by telling me my order would ship soon. On Dec * I emailed them again and told them that I wanted to cancel my order and I wanted a refund and they never responded. As of today Dec. ** my order still has not shipped and I have yet to receive a refund !Desired Settlement: I would like either my order or a refund !

Tiedyecloset contacted me on 1/*/16 stating that they would be shipping my order soon, and I would be receiving an email with a tracking number. As of today I have no received my shipment or tracking number.

Review: I ordered a shirt and a sweater from Tiedyecloset.com on December [redacted] 2015. I was charged for my purchase ($65) but the items were never shipped to me. I first sent an email asking about my order on January [redacted], 2016 and sent two more messages over the next couple of days since there is no number to call and I was never responded to. I finally sent an email asking to cancel my order and refund me, which then they responded saying they would but needed my order number. I sent them my order number and received no response since, and no refund either. I'm very frustrated with this company and don't know how I can get my money back.Desired Settlement: I would like them to refund my money.

Review: I placed an online order with this company on 11/**/15 and still have not received my merchandise nor have I received a refund. I have emailed them a total of four times and only received a response to my initial email, which stated that "all shipments will be out before the holidays". This was clearly a lie because according to the tracking info, my order still has not shipped yet. My last two emails to them requested that they cancel my order and refund my money, which they have not done. Nor have they responded to any of my future emails. These items were ordered for Christmas gifts and I communicated that to them with my initial email on 12/**/15, to which they ensured my the order would be out prior to the holiday.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my money. I would also like the company to issue an apology to myself and my daughter. Not only did they lie to me, but they disappointed my daughter because she did not receive two of her Christmas gifts.

Review: I made a purchase on [redacted] order #[redacted]. Total of $19.00. I still have yet to receive my product. They won't provide me with a tracking #. They won't tell me when they will issue my refund. The customer service is nonexistent and it seems the only time I can get a response is when my daughter post something that is not in their favor on social media. The phone # that they have listed on the website the voice mail is full. This is frustrating I paid for a product and never receive it. Imagine how many people made a purchase on cyber Monday and still have yet to receive product. This company kept my money my daughter never received her Christmas gifts and after this the only thing I keep hearing it the product was suppose to ship within a week. That was 4 weeks agoDesired Settlement: I just want a refund. I don't want any product from them. My daughter asked for the phone cases for Christmas she told me months in advanced she showed me the cases and everything and after all of that thinking I placed the order on time because the website didn't even mention lead times being outrageous this company still can't provide me with any answers. I just want my $19.00 back that's all.

Sent them another email asking when it was being shipped on 12/**/15 they replied back 12/**/15 that it was shipping out this week. Review: I placed an order for a back pack on July *, 2015. I never received any confirmation email or notifications of when package would ship. I attempted to contact them repeatedly by email and social media. When I made a negative complaint on their [redacted] page in an attempt to get someone to talk to me, they blocked me from their page. Someone finally sent me an email asking for the order number and I immediately responded, but again, I have not heard a single word since. All I want is my order cancelled and my money returned, I believe this company is behaving criminally. Taking my money for a product I never received and then refusing to return my money. I have had it trying to communicate with them. I only want my order cancelled and my money returned and I plan to never again order from this company.Desired Settlement: I wish to have my order cancelled and my money returned.

Review: I had purchased a phone case from the website and was given an order confirmation number ([redacted]) on March *, 2015. Following that email I had contacted the business about a week later about not receiving a shipping confirmation email. I have yet to receive shipping confirmation and after several attempts to get into contact with the business they have not responded.Desired Settlement: I purchased the product and have not yet received it. Nor have I received clarification as to whether or not it is even being shipped. If it is not I would like a complete refund, if the item is still able to be provided to me, I would still like it.
