them of her experience. Tie Dye then sent her a private message last week stating that she would receive her phone case in the mail this week. They also stated they had been emailing her communication which is not true as it is my email that was used for the order. As of yet the phone case has not been received.

I had ordered two phone cases and a sticker on 1/**/16 for around $40. After waiting and hoping they would finally come in, they came in today 4/**/16. For such a simple order, and for the price I payed, how difficult is it to send something from NY to NJ? I would not recommend this company because waiting over 3 months for simple products is not worth the time or the hassle. Do not buy from tiedyecloset.

Scammers. Daughter saved her Birthday money to order $67.00 from this place Nov **,2015. Never received items and sent many emails with no response. Luckily used [redacted] and filed a complaint with them. All of sudden I get a rude email asking why I filed a complaint. I explained that we never received items or even a shipping number and they never answered my other emails. Stated they would send in a couple of days. NEVER DID!! [redacted] refunded the money after two months of waiting. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THEM YOU WILL NEVER GET IT!!
