Can we have a better number have called in left a few messages with no response [redacted] B [redacted] Used Car Director

I am rejecting this response because: We were contacted by a person named Manny from Toyota
Universe. Unfortunately Manny was the Sales Manager that was present the day *** was approached for the refinance. He was the one that Rafael and Remy kept walking away to speak to whilst trying to sell the refinance to *** and apparently the person who oversaw this entire deal. He also was the one who approached *** when *** went in to speak to Remy calmly about canceling the deal. He approached *** with an attitude, and accused *** of trying to intimidate everyone, which was absolutely not true. When *** tried to respond he repeatedly kept saying that there was nothing that can be done because *** signed the contract. Manny did not even sound in the least bit professional when he called to resolve the issue, nor was he well spoken, and said absolutely nothing to say that made us believe that anyone was going to be held accountable. As I went over our experience once again to him, he really had not much to say except that should not have happened. He offered to pay back the registration because it was their error, which they would not admit to before this complaintThen even before we have even received the credit tried to make me close this case. I do not believe that the persons involved will be reprimanded because Manny is the one who oversaw this whole deal, and was probably instructed to make us go away. We are actually shocked that Toyota Universe would have this person be the one to contact us, when he was responsible for the whole deal. He will say he was not, but he was. After speaking with him, we have decided to pursue not only the registration charges, but the entire amount which is approx$because according to Manny, this should not have happened, but we can't get our money back. I had noticed that TU telephone system monitors the calls. I would like to have the phone call between Rafael, Remy and I the day of the sale made public, so I can prove that every word they said to me was a lie. We are now in communication with "***" and if they do not get anywhere, we are prepared to take Toyota Universe to small claims court. In the mean time, I will continue to try to inform the public of our bad experience via social network and review sights such a *** to let people know that if you are not an educated consumer, or do not understand contracts etc, you might not to deal with a company who will target and take advantage of you with their unethical sales tactics And also if you are an educated consumer, you might not want to deal with a company that would do that to loyal customers that work very hard for their money.

*** *** was approved and would have gotten her plates but she told the bank at funding she didn't want the car .At which time we explain to her it was the only approval we ccould get her and she stated she wanted out of the car Dealership shouldn't responsible for rental car when client
was the one who held up funding by saying she no longer wanted the car.*** ***

yeti only was worry to drive the car with expired temp plateso I drive over there at the servicesi signed the receipt & I leftnever ever want to deal with them any more.I want to return the toyota crolla back , & I want my maxima trade back.even the fact I saw *** the sales person over the services, I asked him you called me before in order you can help & solve this problem& I told you what exactly I need to return the Toyota back !! & you told me you will get back to me with answer, but you never did !!!!!!!!he said the Revdex.com stop me from contact you back, telling me if you want anything call me.I WANT TO RETURN THE TOYOTA BACK EVEN TODAY BEFORE TOMORROW I will never going to pay even pence on this vehcile , & enough that I payed full cover insurance ,don't want to continue paying, specialy the next payment due on 12/06 Thanks & best regards

If the customer would fax over a receipt for the fee she paid to get car inspected I will refund her the money for that even though we ONLY PROMISE OUR CARS WILL PASS STATE INSPECTION.Like every other dealer does in the tri state area ***

This customer spoke to another dealership who told them they could combine noth while here in the store we called that dealer for customer to show him they couldn't do it .The customer the proceeded to do the deal with us we are more then happy to take the vehicle back and refund the customer
all is how money back , as we explain to him when he was here we cann't give him a program that toyota doesn't offer.*** ***

JUST SPOKE TO THE REP *** *** ABOUT THIS ANDHE EXPLAINED TO ME THAT THE TRANSMISSION FLUID IN THIS TRANSMISSION WS TURN BLACK AND IS NORMAL, BY CONVENTIONAL CHECKING ONE WOULD THINK THAT IT NEEDS TO BE REPLACED BUT THAT ISNT THE CASE I WILL REACH OUT TO THE CUSTOMER TO MAKE HIM AWARE OF

I am rejecting this response because: They have never made an effort to contact me and explain the situation and upto this day l
don't actually know what is taking this long to get plates for my carThey say they have talked to me, but that's not actually true because all contact l have had with them, l have initiated and have gone nowhere as l still have no plates or know why notThe other reason l'm rejecting their response is because I'm still getting tickets to this day ( and counting) and besides saying they'll pay for them, they have not specified when or how yet they start accumulating interest after days. I need *** to know when lm getting my plates, how they intend to deal with the tickets and an apologyI don't think that's too much to ask for

Mrs *** has a written retail order that she signed which saids She as well has stated to us she is attorney so I am very sure she read it completely before signing it and when she came into the dealership it was at our request .At this time we came to a settlement with her in
regards to the balance of which was for .When the salesperson deliver her plates to her home it was a release stating the aggrement we had came to the day before that release would have protect her from us going after her for any further monies or involving a collection agencyWhich we haven't done because we did a settlement on good faith

have made zero attempts to resolve ANYTHINGIn the past few months they have only managed to call me back one time and I have it on recordEvery time I call a manager is not in, yet they were always right on time when I purchasing itAs for the "repair" that took days to complete and they left me without a car, they gave my truck back to me in worse condition than it went inIn months of attempting to repair this truck, they STILL gave it back to me with the tire light on in which they haven't been able to figure out since they sold it for 40k to me with a list of other problemsOn top of that, now the tire that they worked on for days sounding like chalk scratching a chalkboard while driving, and now sprays brown stuff onto my brand new rimThey have absolutely no clue how to fix this truck that they charged me 40k for that's years oldYou'd expect pristine condition right? It's been in there shop for over MONTHS since I purchased months ago and they have admitted it because of their own negligence as I have in writing, yet no one offers me my money back for the costs of months monthly payments/insurance that it say there because of thistimes alone were in there 40+ days at onceNever once have they offered to send it to Range Rover to be repaired properly since their guys do not have a clueThey have managed to repair one, and only one thing in months properlyThe steeringWhich when I purchased it, they allowed it to leave the lot driving like I was inclining up a Rocky Mountain when really I was on smooth paved roadThat's how bad the steering was, and it took roughly months, and separate times totaling over days to repair that one thing correctlyThis was the first vehicle I've ever purchased on my own, and it's been the biggest nightmareNot because of the truck, but the company that sold itTo top it off out the times that its had to be towed to their facility, each time I call they tell me to call *** because they say I'm not covered for the tow, that I didn't purchase Toyota care planWhen in fact I did, and then have to call toyota care to tell them that the store is saying I never purchased it, when they agree I did, I have to call back and give them claim number to prove itIt's unrealThat's happened or of the timesCurrently trying to cancel that as well because now I did purchase *** because atleast they will be aware I'm a customer without having to make multiple calls and waste time and daysI've also paid for multiple tows under Toyota careWas told I'd be reimbursed, never happenedI could go onBut I'm exhausted

[redacted] has been contacted by the dealer he orginally was in a corolla which we took him out of to make him happy and he then picked a rav4 . He continues to want to be switch out of vehicles we did it as a courtsey last time and it has only been three months since we have done that and now...

he wants us to take him and put him in another vehicle which we have advise him we can only do if he is willing to put down a money . Which he is not willing to do . He wants more vehicle at the same payment first vehicle he saids we hyptonize and this time he just doesnt like the vehicle .We would like for  this case to be closed no bad business down here a lot of good faith trying to make a customer happy .Tyrone T[redacted] There as well is appointment set for friday for [redacted] to come in and speak to me .
