NO DENTS, SCRATCHES! but somehow a car broke the clips? Clearly you guys don't check your cars before selling them, that car was crashed before it was given to me and it was crashed exactly where the clips broke! You guys provided the Carfax to me, I have the copy of it dated exactly when I bought the car. Please don't sit here and blame anyone else because you guys don't do your job the way your suppose to. You blame it on the snow and all of this and all of a sudden now you come here and say "obviously it was a car" well I have no problem providing pictures of how my car looks or even taking you guys to court and see what someone else thinks of it. All you guys have done is give me issues since day one, 10 months in and I have a list of issues and every time I go there you guys add more to it. So OBIVOUSLY its my fault for dealing with you scammers! Quick to receive money but not quick to own to your responsibilities. THANKS PAUL!

It's been 2 months after the incident and I still didn't receive a form to sign. I don't want anyone visiting my house, I don't think that's normal for business. Just send it by a regular post or email and I'll review.

I am rejecting this response because:because I send them the state inspection on 04/03/15...

and I after couple days I called my dmv to check the status of the car and it still nothing can't be found .now on 04/15/15 I receive call from them and this time they say I don't have insurance on car and I told them the day I bough the car I bough insurance on car before drive it home and I provide the seller the copy of my insurance and they say they don't have it to send them another one which I did right the way .before that I call toyota corporation and I speak to them and they say their dealer should give at least 45 days of temporary tag that no dealer give 20 days of temporary tag and the agent call them to get the problem fix as soon as possible and that is why next day they come with the insurance not on car .now  they said  if I can come and get loaner car I told the operator that I live in [redacted] and she said there is nothing she can do and I email her back ask her that I can get rental car here or loaner car at toyota dealership here if they can get in touch with any of them and she never reply my email.now today 04/23/15 I receive call from them again saying to go rent a car but my plate will be send overnight in 1 days .so I will go now rent car for 1 day so what about the 21 days I spend home without be able to go to work when they refused to extend the temporary tag and rent me car here .now they are asking me to go rent car for 1 day .its frustrating and ridiculous .I can feel how they discriminate me now and I don't have no other choice left now than to sue them .they need to pay for their action and never do this to anyone else again.

We have spoken to customer and he requested we shredded all his personal information .We have done that and as well sent him an email stating so .

We are speaking with customer to see if we can re-finance. Will update with solution when completed.

Hello - I live far away. I have been there thrice for test...

drive; I was interested in car, but the price didn't work out. I appreciate if you could send the [redacted] to my home address. Whenever I raised this with the salesman, he kept saying that I have to follow-up and he is not sure he has to do something about it. it seems the process of redeeming the card was not clear at the salesman end (may be he is new).

We Test Drove the car. All was well. They allegedly ran our credit and all checked out. After 3 hours of discussion on a vehicle including terms etc, and shaking hands on a deal they come back to the desk and tell us that they ran the wrong persons credit and all of the a sudden the deal was off the table (This occurred while they were preparing the car and buying insurance). A few issues here.
1) How could they have made this mistake with a license and all paperwork in hand
2) How could they run someones credit who is not present and did not sign the disclosure
3) How do you shake hands on a deal after numerous times of going back to the finance desk (where you could have caught the discrepancy over the past 3 hours)
Let me say that the sales people were good Sal did a great job and [redacted] did great as well building good rapport, ETC. That does not however excuse the lack of professionalism that the above exemplified. Do not shop here. You run the risk of having your credit run in error for the next person looking to purchase a vehicle..... Buyer Beware!!!!
