Beware of this company. This dealer involves in lot of false advertisement and fraud marketing. You can never trust their ads. It is better to ignore them, as any other Toyota dealer will quote you half the price.
Their only purpose is to get a business by cheating talks. if you did not check somewhere else, you will definitely get a bad deal.
Don't believe in their promotions they will never honor it.

Universe. I prefer to communicate via email or in another form of writing which will show a record of communication.My past experience speaking with representatives of  Toyota Universe, in person or on the phone, has consisted of agreed upon verbal terms not followed through with or completely denied at a later time.

I am rejecting this response because: the dealer has a copy of the order (I don't need to bring it to them).  The last number on the order reads $25,500 but they are lying to by saying that this is in addition to the $3,000 deposit (not the full amount).  If the dealer wishes to honor the order, they can refund the $1,500 I had to pay above the agreed upon price.  (I am [redacted] entering that dealership again.)

After considering [redacted] response I'm afraid we are not going to be able to satisfy his concerns. There are a total of six repair orders that have been opened since Mr. Jackson purchased his vehicle in February of 2013. When he first purchased the vehicle there were concerns he wanted addressed regarding the steering and esthetics of his vehicle. We addressed these concerns at no cost. The last 3 visits to our shop have been to repair rims and tires that were damaged as a result of the vehicle hitting curbs, potholes at excessive speed, and other same such scenarios that are beyond our control. These repairs are covered by a “tire and wheel” warranty that [redacted] purchased. The company, after too many claims in one year, will no longer allow us to “auto approve” any claims for damage. They now require a claims rep to investigate each claim individually which adds a great deal of time to the process. We have offered courtesy transportation on each occasion but [redacted] has refused. We have to make multiple phone calls to reach [redacted] at which point he states we do not call. I have made multiple attempts to reach an appropriate compensation settlement with [redacted] to apologize for his inconvenience, but either his level of expectation was too high, or he was unable to meet due to personal reasons. It’s been more than a year now and [redacted] vehicle is repaired and operating as designed. I do not believe refunding [redacted] the money he paid for the vehicle appropriate or warranted which is all he has stated he is willing to accept.  We advised [redacted] to purchase less aggressive higher profile rims that may be more suitable to his style of driving, but he refused as he enjoys the look of the current rims. At this point I do not see any way to satisfy [redacted] concerns other than continue to repair his vehicle as it requires as per the terms and conditions of his warranty.

My family patronize puegout and honda product.. The two mention cars were junks of fuel consumption. The Honda accord had series of unwanted emergency maintenance. Even when the two cars were station on sale the responses for buyers were annoying. We taught it good for new modernized car in our garage.John G[redacted] a very honest man with great sense of customers services was able to convince me on Toyota product. These was his words,"Toyota cars are the best in terms of fuel/petrol economy,Toyota have a great second hand value,the parts of toyota are not difficult to come by with very affordable price to any class." "John G[redacted] Also said some car manufacturing companies even used toyota enginees"This proves Makes toyota the best cars on planet earth. Today my family both smiles because for two years of purchasing a toyota car in our garage. It have not visit any Mechanic workshop for repairs apart from change of oil...John Gwer is truly a man to rely upon when anybody needs a car in united state, Africa and the entire world. I would like to also thank Revdex.com for the quick assistance and also thank [redacted] of Toyota Universe for his immediate response and satisfying my complaint. It was unfortunate that I had to take these steps but we were able to reach a resolution and the matter was resolved.

I am rejecting this response because:  It is simply untrue.  I signed a retail order that stated I owed $25,500 in cash (plus trade in).  [redacted]ry action of the dealership proves that this was the deal, including accepting payment in full for this amount and allowing me to leave the dealership with the car.  There is no mistake about the amount owed.  The dealership simply lied to get more money after the deal closed.  The same way that the dealership lied when trying to get me to sign a release but pretended it was something else.

I saw a used car on the internet and called toyota universe to see if car (2007 toyota avalon) was still available and if it was did it come with a warranty. I was told by a man name Ahmod that the car came with a 30 day warranty. So of course I came down to look at it and to test drive the car. when I got down there and talked to salesman (John G[redacted] he told me that car doesn't come with warranty. So even after that I still wanted to test drive car after waiting 30 minutes of questions and paper work just for a test drive. I liked car after the test drive, we went inside to talk numbers. I told salesman that I would be paying cash for the car. The sticker price was $7500 but after he added all these additions which he wouldn't show me the price jumped to $10,500. I got the hell out of there!!!!!!!! Thanks for getting me down there on false pretense and wasting my time toyota universe

I am rejecting this response because:
1. I never claimed that they were...

an inspection station for NJ/NY, THEY CLAIMED THAT WHEN I was purchasing the vehicle. I have asked them to refund the inspection fee, since they did not live up to their promise that they made to me when purchasing. Specifically, I asked if the inspection fee included state inspection and the salesperson said yes. If it did not include the state inspection, then I should not have been charged an inspection fee, as just a regular dealership inspection would have had to be done before they could list the car. Thus, it was not a service they were providing to me, and they should not have charged me a fee for a service they promised but did not intend to deliver. They still have not responded to the actual complaint, which is that they promised this service and that if they are not willing (or able) to provide the service, they need to refund my money.
2. They still have not responded to the other part of my complaint; specifically, that they have agreed to provide a refund for another service not provided (etching), and claim that they've sent the check out, but refused to provide me with the date the check was mailed or any tracking information.

We met with customer and explained that after 10 months of ownership we are not responsible for damage that occurs. The bumper was obviously hit and the tabs on the side have broken. This is not something that happens after 10 months by itself. We would love an opportunity to help defray the cost...

for our customer and help make it affordable, but unfortunately we cannot be responsible for outside influence such as another car bumping into the car and causing damage. That is what insurance is for not warranty. We have extended courtesies to this customer in the past to help make her happy but cannot see how this could possibly be our responsibility. Please call me directly with any questions you may have.

That is the website that the car was advertised on, [redacted] had no "disclaimer" regarding pre-inspection or certification fees. Your website has nothing to do with this issue.
I am not satisfied with your response and I don't feel, l, nor anyone else for that matter,  should be lured into your show room with falsely advertised price. 
The bait and switch tactics you employ have been documented with the Office of the Attorney General and the Passaic County Office of Consumer Protection Office.
