Trans Van Lines Reviews (%countItem)

Overpriced and no regard for belongings and honoring what they said they will do.
I filled out a webpage requesting movers back in April 2019 and Trans Van Lines were one of the companies that reached out. I spoke with *** aka *** and he was the sales manager for this company. He stated he will get me a good price for my storage unit to be emptied out and moved to NJ from FL provided that certain things has to be packed ahead of time. I agreed. I deposited $400 with the understanding once items were picked up it would cost $700 and I would pay the other $1,283 upon delivery to my home. I traveled to Florida in June, when items initially was supposed to be picked up, to go through storage and pack what I can. However, I was by myself and it was too much so I contacted *** and asked for a later date for pick and delivery and that items will need to be packed which I agreed to pay for. He said no problem and ensured me that the prices won't change outside of additional packaging. This did not happen. In October I finally started the process and paid $700 after much resistance to get my items picked up. I sent it via Zelle to the company and was ensured that on October 11th my items would picked up from the storage. A friend oversaw that they got in and started the process for delivery while the site manager of the storage was also aware they were coming. They arrived, took a look at my storage, stated it is a lot more than they were told and charged me nearly $4000 for the entire delivery approximately. This had me very upset and I called to talk to *** and was told at this point there was nothign he could do and I won't get help from him. I, however, was persistent. I eventually spoke to Bridgett and told her my issues with this pricing and delivery. She negotiated with me to take off the origin and destination costs of this price because at that point the movers already packed up my items in a truck and told me now that everything was $4775. Way more than I was quoted and way more than I budgeted for. I thank God my Dad was willing to help but I was at their mercy because now they had my belongings. I then got a email stating that they will store my items and after a month would be charged $500 which was ridiculous and I wasn't paying that. I immediately contacted them to figure a date for it to be delivered. That came with a lot of issues as well. It was supposed to be a certain period to wait for delivery, not what I was told initially, and I had to wait until a driver contacted me to deliver my items. The driver I spoke to, initally, was very rude and threatened not to deliver my stuff if I didn't pay for stairs! I was told by Bridgette, I wouldn't get charged for my steps and when it came time to call back and talk to her, I was told she no longer worked there. I was very angry. I had to get that in addition to everything else that was already paid. The deliver was to come in on 10/26 and was changed to 10/27. It rained that day and my items that were in certain boxes stunk because of the rain. Items were damaged, includging gifts given to me on my birthday and my mother's china. They destroyed not one but two of my bookcases and broke apart my shoe rack. I have other items that is in the process of being claimed. I was charged another $375 approximately for the steps and I want something to be done. The whole process was disgusting and unprofessional and I hope NO ONE falls for their tactics because they are dishonest and trifling. Up to now, after unpacking-I still have missing items and I'm very frustrated about this. Even things that were working properly, no longer does. My tv is acting up, my other tv cord is missing, my son's xbox 360 isn't working correctly, my instapot no longer works. I could go on but I will leave that here.

Desired Outcome

I would like at least some of the money I had to spend for this service that turned out to be horrible. I already am waiting to hear back from their claims department about my items. I will never recommend anyone to deal with this company as they are a scammer and money hungry. I also want to ensure that I get some of the items destroyed replaced! I can't replace my late mother's china nor can I replace the gift for my birthday that was destroyed.

Moving company was 1 day late in picking up, which caused problems because we coordinated the moving date with the closing date. They were 6 days late with delivery and my wife who is a diabetic needed her chair and other item. Called company frequently to see when items would arrive, they could not give me any dates since they did not have any information. Company called the day of delivery, my daughter had to take an emergency day off since they did not give enough notice. Mover, with full truck, who was also the driver showed up at 5pm. Mover dropped boxes marked "fragile" from dock of truck to the driveway, breaking fine china, crystal etc. Mover was told not to drop the boxes and he said, :I am not good with fragile items." Tried to call company but office was already closed. Mover called his local friend to help him and I asked if he was an employee of the moving company and he did not answer me. Mover became very aggressive towards me and my family, rolled the china cabinet up the stairs in anger and broke into pieces. Mover damaged walls and tiles in my home, smashed kitchen door into my granddaughter's knee out of anger. My daughter called the police and they removed the movers from my home. Items were left outside and none of the items that were suppose to be put together as stated in the contract we left disassembled. Called moving company next day to explain what happened, they said to file a claim, gave me the info and hung up. I filed a claim with all documents, pictures, and police incident, they only want to reimburse $769 out of the $5100 that we are left with in damages. Did not ask about my daughters knee and the fact that they sent a very angry, aggressive employee, and had a person at my home which was not even employed with the company. I am an 85 yr old man, with a disabled wife, who moved long distance to live with our daughter so she can take care of us and have never had such an unprofessional, ill manerd, horrible experience with a company before.
Product_Or_Service: Moving service
Order_Number: ILXXXXXX
Account_Number: ILXXXXXX

Desired Outcome

Refund To be reimbursed $12,500 of move for the damages that this moving company has done to all of my items. I have provided them with invoices of how much it costs to repair some of the items, as the other fine china and crystal can not be replaced since they were purchased in Germany. I would also like to be reimbursed for my granddaughters knee, we had to put together items that were promised to be put together in the contract, had to pay some friends of friends move the rest of the items.

My very valuable lamps were not delivered but the delivery men brought up multiple other items that weren't mine that I had to tell them to take back.
To confirm, I do have many complaints with this company, one of them includes the fact that I also was up-charged a lot when the movers arrived. I did not agree to using this company, I am also filing a complaint about the moving company that I booked with who did not tell me that they were outsourcing my move to another company and would not tell me the company for me to confirm.
For this company they did show up and up-charge me by another $800. I also had to call the company 4 times the day that they were supposed to show up before they did show up. No one called me to tell me that they were running late, I had to call and hear that they would not be showing up XX:XX-X:XX, but would actually be showing up at 5:30. I know this doesn't sound like a big difference, but I do work full time and was scheduling my day around the move. The company that I originally booked with told me that my things would be able to be delivered by a certain date, but when Trans Vans showed up they told me these days were impossible and that it would actually be between 3-21 days (a little difficult to plan around). I also asked Trans Vans about the insurance because I wanted to make sure all of my things were protected and I was told that I needed to call a day before in order to get that, which no one had communicated to me.
Thanksgiving was during this timeline (I would have never have had the movers come around this time period if I had known this was going to be the situation because I was planning on being in New York with my parents over Thanksgiving. We had to change our flights to make sure someone was in Denver to meet the movers.
When the movers showed up to deliver our things, they brought up a few items that were not ours to the apartment and we had to tell the movers that these items did not belong to us (a coffee table and a bed frame were both brought into our apartment). There were also a lot of damaged boxes where I had specifically marked that they were fragile. All of our things were delivered except for 3 lamps which two are irreplaceable and very expensive. I called the moving company to find them and I was told that it would be 3-5 days to try to locate, I called back after a week for an update where I was told that they were still looking. At this point I told them that they were either able to find the lamps or not and that I assumed they delivered them to another apartment like other people's items were almost done to mine.
I am now missing my favorite lamps, which I could not fully insure because I was not told that I needed to call the day before to insure. Most of my complaints do stem from the fact that if I had known that the moving service would be outsourcing my move to a company with terrible reviews I would have never agreed, but this company did lose my things and has terrible policies all around.

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund for the full value of my lamps that they lost. Clearly this company has very questionable business practices seeing as they have an F on Revdex.com. I know they also overcharged me for the move, but I am willing to accept that I just want to be reimbursed for my lamps like I would have been if I was given the full information from this company.

I would give 1.5 stars since the people on the phones are generally nice. The drive tried to double my quote when he got there, and said the office did the quote wrong. It's very shaddy this company is cash or money order only when the drivers come to pick up and drop of your stuff. I was originally quoted 2-5 days for my furniture to be delivered, when I called after my stuff has been picked up, the ETA is 2-10 days. They can't find in the system that I already paid the driver at pick up hmm paid because it was cash! If I do not receive my items with the original estimate date I will be getting a lawyer and file a police report for stolen good and money extortion. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, I could not stress this enough!

Worst experience ever and I was in the military and moved several times even from country to country. I don't know how they are still in business. Consumer beware. I was quoted a price that I agreed to and on the day of pick up I was then told that the price that I agreed to had doubled. Then I was told that if I didn't use there service I would lose my deposit. And that was after several phone calls being put on hold for several minutes and being hung up on several times. I would never ever use this company again and I warned others about this company and their shady practices. To make matters worse it took almost an entire month to receive our property. Worse business dealings of my life.

I dont know where to begin...Rude, fraudalent business practices, unethical, lied to me about sending my refund, unprofessional, etc.
I went online to request quotes for my move from Plantation, FL to Dallas, TX. I received several quotes and phone calls to go over pricing and inventory, because I wanted to make sure that I would have no surprises (as this is not my first state to state relocation). Finally, I received the quotes and decided to go with International Relocations (All the quotes were similar in pricing by a few hundred). I called them to accept the binding estimate and to go over inventory and the guy promised that my estimate would not change and if it does it would be +/- a few hundred based on inventory. I agreed, we proceeded to schedule the move with a two-day pick-up window (Between Oct 22nd and 23rd), they knew that I was leaving town that evening of Oct 23rd and needed my things gone by then. The guy was of course very nice and agreed that I would have no issues then took the payment for my deposit. Later, they called me with an arrival scheduled for Oct 23rd, 2019 between 12-4pm and informed me that the driver will call me ahead of time to confirm, I took off early for this to make sure everything goes smooth. 12pm came on the day of pick up and no word so my anxiety started to kick in because I have not heard from the drivers at this point. I started calling and calling and there were times where they would hang up in my face repeatedly, transferred me around from person to person; very unprofessional. 4pm approached and still nothing, so I started calling again and same responses, so then I started to email as well. Finally, I get an answer by phone that the drivers are 45min out and will be arriving soon and should be giving me a call. 1hr later no call, no response; so I called and emailed again and finally the driver called and said they were on the way. Remember they had a two-day window and still managed to be 3 hrs. late and then took another 2-3 hrs. to go over inventory and load. Guys (3) came into my apartment smelling like marijuana, very unprofessional and pulled all the paperwork out and said I need you to fill out this and sign these before we begin loading, I said are you sure my pricing will not change?? My inventory was spot on, except I had three extra boxes to replace two of my plastic bins. He stated "No, it might go up a few hundred because your sectional set is very bulky", I agreed because it is. I had paid a deposit of 1076 up front to secure the move and he was asking for the additional 474.00 due at pick up, in cash; I even gave a 26.00 tip trying to be nice, even though they were rude and late. I filled out everything and signed the papers then they started loading my things on the truck. I'm very frustrated because the front office was now closed, and I had to mail my keys via FedEx and stay a night in Fort Lauderdale before I started the drive to Texas. Hours later they are finally finished loading and they project mgr. informed me that it would take him 15 min to generate a new quote and that he would have someone from operations call or email it to me. I said "OK". Days go by and no call no email, so I took it upon myself to send them an email asking for my total due at delivery, they responded in less than 30min with the old estimate, so I responded right away asking for my updated balance due at delivery, they then took all day and responded right before closing with a ridiculous fraudulent balance of 3,111,47 due at delivery...At this point I'm very upset and emailed then back asking why is it 2,500 over my original bid (remember my original bid was 2200), of course no response. So, the next day I started calling and calling and emailed several times...sometimes they would answer and midway of me explaining they would place me on hold while I'm talking! For a few minutes, get back on listen and place me on hold again, of course I'm very angry at this point so then they proceeded to hung up in my face. I called again and kept calling and their only response was "you signed the agreement so we can't do any

Desired Outcome

I would like my refund that I was promised plus my deposit back.

If you are looking to move your things do not pick trans van lines because this company is full of crap, they picked up my stuff in chicago, it took them 5 days to deliver my stuff to me in Georgia and when stuff made it my 65 " inch tv was shattered and dented in, my crystal lamps which were a family heirloom were damaged and lop sided, my statue was broken and my glass table was shattered at their warehouse and they left it there and then told me they can only pay me 60 cents per pound that alone wont even pay for one of my things im so hurt I cant replace any of these things that were important to me.

This is the WORST moving company ever! They showed up to pickup my stuff, jacked the price up SIGNIFICANTLY, and were rude. They damaged my furniture, even with pads being used. I am missing boxes, who knows where they are. I hope and pray that NO ONE uses them in the future. I learned a hard lesson, and this company is the worst! They don't even deserve 1 star but I was forced to use one!

Used bait and switch pricing to get hired and then failed to communicate once they were doing the job.
Bait and switch, unprofessional liars who mis communicate and obfuscate every step of the . They do everything just as horribly as legally permissible.

I have moved a lot; locally and across state. I called several different moving companies, gave them all the same information on the amount of stuff I had to move and chose Trans Van because they were the least expensive and the lady had been really nice and seemed helpful. From the moment I hired them, it all went downhill. They didn't call 24 hours before pick up with the time they would arrive. Only after I emailed the day of pick up did they call to give me the window within which they would arrive that day. When the pickup crew arrived, my price more than doubled. Trans Van has responded by saying that it is normal as oftentimes things are under-reported by the customer. The weight the lady gave me during the phone estimate, was right at what my previous interstate moves had been. Day of, the delivery team was pricing off of square footage, not weight. Stuff had already been loaded and I was on a tight schedule to be in Austin so had to agree to the new price to complete the move. When the truck was loaded, it was at best 2/3 full and the square footage wasn't nearly what they had me paying and they wouldn't lower the amount to reflect actual square footage. They don't take credit cards for anything but the $400 payment to reserve. I have never had a mover not take a credit card. Maybe Trans Vans is trying to skip out on some taxes. Additionally, if you don't have everything, including TV's and mirrors in a box (instead of wrapped) they will put it in a box and then charge you for the box and for packing it. That was never communicated until the work had been done and I was charged. I was told at booking that the delivery date would be agreed upon with the pickup guys at the time of pick up. We set a date. When my furniture didn't arrive, I called and they said there was no guaranteed delivery date and emailed a little chart that showed for my distance of move it would be 1-7 days. After 7 days passed, I called again and they gave me a delivery window (obviously outside of the 7 days) and stated that the fine print said it would be based on how long it took in the past. Huh, then why set a date with the pickup team, why send your little chart? When the delivery team didn't call 24 hours before the last day of the delivery window (which they said would happen) I called again. They said there had been a delay and it would be Sunday between 2 and 5. When I asked them to try to have it done earlier because they were well outside what I had been told, they said legally they had 21 days to deliver and I should be happy I was well within 21 days. Throughout this time, I got emails and calls reminding me to have my balance in cash or money order for when the delivery team arrived. Sunday, delivery day, they called one hour before 2 pm to say they were running behind and it would be after 6 pm. Once again, outside of the delivery window. Then they called back an hour later to make sure we would have our balance when they arrived. Really? A little less focus on the money and a little more focus on getting here.

They finally arrived at 7:45 pm which made for a late night. At midnight (after I noticed they were struggling to put my daughter's bed together) they said they weren't allowed to assemble children's bed. What they aren't allowed to do is bunk bunk beds. No-one had mentioned they wouldn't reassemble bunk beds but was familiar with that restriction from other moves. After calling them out on that BS, they assembled the bottom double bed with my husband and myself helping. They did not assemble the other bed.

Desired Outcome

I want to be refunded the difference between what was quoted and what I ended up paying.

long distance move was picked up on 11/1/2019 and told it would take 3-5 days for delivery. today is the 12th and items are still in Chicago.
When I made my reservation it was with North Star Movers and now trans van lines has it. My items were picked up from my home after a deposit of 580.00 USD on the 1st of November. I had to give them another 420.00 Cash or cashiers check for the 2nd installment. They gave me a delivery date of 3-5 days and I would be contacted. After 5 days I called them and the customer service told me my items should arrive in Georgia from Chicago the weekend of the 9th-11th of November. I called yesterday and they informed me my items were still in Chicago warehouse waiting to be loaded on a truck. Today the 12th they called me and said my items would be picked up on Wednesday the 13th. I travel for work and asked them to deliver by Friday as I will be out of town for a week starting Friday the 15th. They said they cannot guarantee delivery that soon and I can pay for storage until i'm back in town to get my items delivered.

Desired Outcome

I dont want to pay them another dime. If they cannot deliver by Friday they pay to keep items until I am back in town, and then delivery at no further cost to me.

Was given a quote upon request and pick up, then after my furniture was picked up they doubled the price.
Was given a quote of $1200, asked for 50% over the phone, then 70% when the movers came I gave them $1100 which was documented. then after my items were picked up, I receive a phone call where they were telling me I didn't pay my 70% which I did, this is when I learned my price had doubled! AFTER my items were picked up and my $1100 $400 through Amex and $700 cash was already in there hands, upon delivery I had to pay an additional $1020. So ended up paying $2,1020 Wasn't given a delivery date and couldn't get straight answers upon calling, was told when they picked up my items October 5th that it would take 14 days, then was told 3-21 days again after my items were picked up and my things ended up getting to me October, 26th *Drivers and movers were very respectful both on pick up and delivery

Desired Outcome

I would like some kind of refund and acknowledgment of wrong doing.

Don't let the 5-star reviews on Google and other sites fool you. Notice many of the positive reviews come from fake accounts that have submitted only 1 review. It's a scam. We have already reported them to the authorities.

There's a reason they have been given an F rating by the Revdex.com. This company is terrible. Let me elaborate on our experience...

First, they demanded an additional $650 in cash in addition to their original quote because our dressers were bigger than they expected (even though we sent them pictures ahead of time per their request).

They continuously lied about how long it will take. During the quote process they told us it will be very quick, 2-4 days at the most. This is a lie. They refuse to tell you when your stuff will arrive, so for the three weeks they held our belongings, the only status update we ever received was "we have no update at this time."

Their customer support is rude. While on hold for over an hour, they accidentally took us off hold and we could hear them talking about hanging up on us in order to keep the lines free. A couple days later we called in the morning and they said they would try to have an update at the end of the day and we should call back after 5. When we did so, it went to voicemail because they had left for the day. This was obviously intentional. They told us on 5 occasions they would call us back later in the day and every time they failed to do so.

We finally received a text message that our stuff would be dropped off on day 20. After sleeping on an air mattress for 3 weeks, after eating our takeout meals on the bare hardwood floors, after we suffered due to their incompetence and disregard for decency, there was not a single apology, let alone a refund.

Luckily we were very thorough when packing our things and only a few things were damaged. This had little to do with the care (or lack there of) in which they handled our belongings. Brand new boxes were destroyed and several items were missing.

So here's how it works. When you talk to their booking agent, you express concern whether their truck will fit in your complex, and they assure you that they have reviewed google maps and there should be no issues at all. You then ask what pick up date allows for your belongings to be delivered by September 6th, and they tell you August 20th will make that happen. So then you do not hear from them, and when you contact them asking when your things will arrive, they tell you they have no set plans right now, but you'll get your things at some point. Finally, after a month, they call to tell you that they are bringing your things, but there is no way their truck will fit, so you owe them about another thousand dollars. Your objects arrive with furniture heavily damaged and boxes water damaged and torn up. You make a claim on the damaged goods, and they tell you if you wanted them to take responsibility for your items that you should have paid them extra "insurance" money.

TLDR: this is absolutely the company to use if you want to pay thousands to have your items to disappear for 4 weeks and come to you damaged.

The movers pretended that my inventory that had already been approved would be almost double the original estimate.
VIt's a classic bait and switch scheme. No estimate is doubled for only 34 items total. The movers couldn't figure out how to get my fridge out of the house! Other people got it in my house a month ago and these movers sere incompetent. Then they didn't mention when I had exceeded my cubic feet when I was told it would be based on weight. They kept adding more items fully aware that I would be charged more money and didn't tell me. They were more than an hour late and they couldn't figure out how to compute all the additional charges they wanted to add. I waited and waited for almost an hour before I left. Disgusting experience. I didn't know that American Standard Moving company would contract out my move with a company with an F rating from Revdex.com.

Desired Outcome

Deliver my furniture, subtract the charge for the fridge $175.00,and charge me the original (already inflated) estimate.

They are horrible, they lost a big truck full of pictures, they are trying to give me $50.00, my pictures are priceless.

They misrepresented service, failed to honor contract with broker, failed to deliver furniture on time based 7days on our understanding of contract.
They misrepresented service, failed to honor contract with broker, failed to deliver furniture on time based on our understanding of contract. Contracted move with a brokered who bid job out to this company. Original cost was increased by over 100%, delivery date was changed in unknown, when expected delivery was September 22. Furniture delivery status is unknown and delivery time still has not been promised. I have tried to talk to manager/owner with no success. I'm sleeping on air mattress, no furniture, most of clothing somewhere on van or warehouse. Obviously there business doesn't respect the consumers at all.

Desired Outcome

Delivery ASAP, Refund half of the money due to failure to honor the contract and the estimate.

Company sent an email with the Estimated
delivery date.

This was a nightmare. First I was *** to about price and delivery date by the van who picked up my things though they were friendly and worked professionally at pick up that was not the case on delivery. The driver hired a helper from Craigslist who thank goodness was awesome. He did 85% of the work himself. When the driver finally had to help carry larger furniture in the driver did work. However he got very nasty with me when I told him he put my platform bed and entertainment Center backwards and I asked him to put it together correctly. He didnt even know how to put the entertainment Center together correctly and left without putting all the pieces including shelving together. He even put the washer/dryer backwards and it doesn't take a genius to know the washer goes where the water line is and the dryer is n the side with the plug. Called and complained was told I would get a call back and never did. Do Not HIRE THESE PEOPLE and the broker was PeaPack moving who is rated on the top 10 on Revdex.com.

Awful...still waiting for items being transported from Florida to New Jersey..loaded August 26. I will update as the saga continues. Was told last Thursday that items would be here between the 9th of September and the 13th. Called on the 13th and told that the driver was in North Carolina and would be there Sunday or Monday. They never contacted me to inform me that the truck had never left Florida. There is no way a truck left Florida 9 days ago and still has not made it to New Jersey. I am in the process of compiling all the events that occurred, however I would like to stop others from falling into the same trap that they set.

Horrible Business Practices
Movers showed up on the last day of the delivery window over an hour late. Very unprofessional and inefficient movers. Damaging walls, boxes and furniture throughout the loading process. Mover did initial walk through of my household goods and started loading onto the truck. After all my belongings were on truck I was informed that I took up more room than estimated and they tried to charge me 50% more than the initial quote. After asking to see the space I occupied on the truck the mover agreed to charging only $200 more as long as I paid in cash. After paying the mover he wrote down that I paid the initial estimate on the contract so that he could essentially tip himself the $200. He agreed that paying only 50% of my remaining balance my move would be secured and would be loaded on a semi to its destination ASAP. I checked the back of the truck as they were packing up and I saw that my move occupied the exact amount of space estimated (1line on the truck or 300 cu. feet) I realized they tried to squeeze more money out of me but figured my stuff was in good hands since they received such a large tip. 6 days after my pickup I received an email asking me to wire transfer 70% of my balance so that they could secure my move. After a brief phone call I was told that the additional 20% was waived because that is what my broker agreed to. Now my move is 6 days behind schedule without notifying me. At this point They assured me a truck was ready and my belongings would be loaded on in 1-3 days. 3 days later I called and was told by dispatch the the truck was just waiting to be routed for the drive and that I would receive an ETA in 1-2 days. 2 Days later after hearing nothing back I reached out again and was informed that my belongings were pending loading and there was no truck ready and that I should get an ETA in another 1-2 business days. The company will not provide any answers to the 12 days of misinformation and miscommunications. They will not provide any concrete solutions as to how they are going to resolve the problem or offer any sort of compensation. I have been sleeping on the floor for 2 weeks and according to them should expect to be for another 3 weeks. They are using the DOT window of 7-21 days to cover themselves for holding my belongings hostage while they attempt to get more money from me.

Desired Outcome

I would like compensation for my troubles and my belongings delivered in the window that my broker and the driver guaranteed. The compensation will account for purchases such as new work clothes, an air mattress, new kitchenware so that I can eat. I have now been waiting longer than the time they told me it would take to deliver my goods for them to even be loaded on a truck 1900 Miles away.

Contracted Trans Van Lines, LLC to complete my sons move from FL to SC based on estimate of $1650, 600 cf. Movers claim
1600 cf, triple estimate.
Contracted Trans Van Lines LLC of FL to move furniture from Lantana FL to Johns Island SC based on initial estimate of $1650. Estimate revised on 8/23 to $1992, as I disclosed add'l items. Movers picked up furniture and claim 1600 cubic feet of space used, 3 times he estimate, thus 3 times the price. Tried at least 20 times to resolve over the phone and customer service returned a call one time and have been unable to contact since. Keep promising to call us back.

Desired Outcome

I would like to know why Trans Van Lines gave an estimate of 600 cubic feet based on furnishings I disclosed then upon pick up, claim 1600 cubic feet. They will only accept payment via belle, wire transfer etc, and will not call back to work out the problem Have spoken with operator at least 10 times and a woman named *** is supposed to be the person to help resolve the problem. *** is the person who worked up the estimate.
