Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I'm very disturbed that I had to go through extreme measures by contacting Revdex.com in order to receive the products that I ordered Once the vendor received the complaint than the vendor sent out the items I purchased I was also disappointed that the items purchased only worked for a day! When I filed my complaint I requested a refund instead of the vendor sending me the items ordered! I will never order from this company again For it appears to me to be a home based company, that has complaints against them already with delays in shipping and merchandise not working properly I so regret this, what a big waste of my time and money! The consumer HAS received their item, their mail carrier scanned it in as delivered, when they put it directly into their mailbox We are happy to have helped resolve their problem if the consumer feels that the item was stolen out of their mailbox after it was delivered, the buyer may contact their insurance company to report the theft from their home and should also contact the postmaster, as mail theft from a mailbox is a felony [redacted] Delivered On Time [redacted] ***

she did already send it back and can provide a tracking number that shows delivered, we will then replace it as a courtesy for her, even though it is beyond our days return policy period Although we did not get it back, if she can show that it was delivered somewhere in our zip code in error by the post office, we will be happy to replace it for her as a courtesy

this had been done before the complaint was filed by the consumer. We are happy to have helped
