The buyer had previously indicated that she wanted a replacement item and that has already been shipped. She indicated this through her email and an email from her mother also. She was sent what she requested, a replacement item, for the one she claimed was removed from her packaging and arrived damaged with the usps, with a label indicating as such

we cheerfully offer a days return policy, but as of today, have not received his items back. If the buyer has a tracking number, we will look into it and check with usps to see if they can locate his package. The buyer should respond here with their tracking number and we

We have not received the item back. We will be happy to trace the package for the consumer if they provide us with the *** track #. If it shows delivered to an address in our zip code of ***, we will refund them as a courtesy, even though it was not delivered to our address in *** zip code. We have asked the buyer for this several times

I'm very disturbed that I had to go through extreme measures by contacting Revdex.com in order to receive the products that I ordered.  Once the vendor received the complaint than the vendor sent out the items I purchased.  I was also disappointed that the items purchased only worked for a day!  When I filed my complaint I requested a refund instead of the vendor sending me the items ordered!  I will never order from this company again.  For it appears to me to be a home based company, that has complaints against them already with delays in shipping and merchandise not working properly.  I so regret this, what a big waste of my time and money! I still had to purchase in addition to what  I received.  Big mistake!!! !!

Buyer has stated they mailed it. We have not received it. We asked for track # to track down with [redacted] buyer stated they did not get one. We cannot help them at all without either getting the item or the track # with [redacted].

We did not receive anything back from the buyer as of today. However, as a courtesy, we have refunded their $12.95 back to them, in order to help.

As I have said previously. I sent it back to the address they told me to send it to. It has not come back to me so I am sure they received it. I have nothing further to add. Check out their reviews online and you will see they are notorious for providing inferior product and very poor customer service.

This guy is a master at lying! Yes, the product was sent back to him immediately via the [redacted]. I have a receipt from the [redacted] showing that the product was delivered to the address he gave me. Upon review of his business practices on the internet, it appears that I am not alone in being ripped-off by Steve/Kevin!  He won't be able to hide forever. He will get what is coming to him, and he won't ever see it coming. He should be warned.If he is truly willing to honor his statement and refund my money, he should respond to an email or phone calls he gets at his company, but as most people point out on their reviews of his business practices, he won't do either and NEVER refunds their money...
